    摘要： A ground detection apparatus for electric automobile having a high-voltage DC power supply (31) which is electrically insulated from a body and a three-phase AC motor (33) which is driven by a DC voltage from the high-voltage DC power supply. A ground detection signal consisting of a square waveform is supplied to the DC power supply circuit through a detection resistor and a coupling capacitor, a voltage amplitude of a ground detection point serving as a connection point between the detection resistor (3) and the coupling capacitor (4) is detected, the detected voltage amplitude is converted into an insulation resistance on the basis of the relationship between a preset voltage amplitude and a preset insulation resistance, and levels of insulation resistance deterioration of the high-voltage DC power supply are detected by comparing the converted insulation resistance with a preset ground decision threshold value.

    摘要： A highly-integrated semiconductor IC device includes a semiconductive substrate, on which an internal function circuit is arranged to have a first plurality of input terminals and a second plurality of output terminals. A logic circuit is arranged on the substrate and is connected to the internal circuit through the output terminals. The logic circuit has a third plurality of output terminals, which are less in number than the outputs of the internal circuit. These logic output terminals are coupled to the same number of inspection terminals, which are adapted to be coupled to a known electric inspection tool. The logic circuit processes the voltage signals appearing at the output terminals of the internal circuit so as to cause these signals to decrease in number. The output signals of the logic circuit are sent to the inspection terminals as monitor signals, based on which an inspection is carried out to determine whether the internal circuit operates normally.

    摘要： An image display system produces a color image by arranging a color shutter capable of time-divisionally switching a plurality of colors to be displayed, in front of a monochrome image display. This image display system comprises: a self-luminous image display part for time-divisionally displaying monochrome images corresponding to three primary colors; and a color display part for time-divisionally coloring and outputting the monochrome images which formed on the side of the light outgoing surface of the self-luminous image display part and which correspond to the three primary colors. The color display part further comprises: a liquid crystal cell driven by carrying out an optical switching on the basis of the inversion between positive and negative polarities; a transparent electrode formed by dividing the liquid crystal cell into a plurality of parts; and a liquid crystal color shutter capable of optionally setting display colors for a plurality of display regions by means of the transparent electrode, the liquid crystal color shutter displaying different display colors for at least two display regions in an optional time in a driving condition.
