    摘要: The following steps are conducted for producing a hydrocarbon having a carbon number of at least 2: a coupling step, in which a coupling feed gas containing methane and a gas containing oxygen are supplied to a conveying catalyst bed which is formed by an ascending stream which contains a catalyst, and then methane and oxygen are allowed to react so as to produce a coupling product gas; a catalyst separation step for separating the catalyst from the coupling product gas; and a catalyst feedback step for feeding back the thus-separated catalyst to the coupling step. Accordingly, the reaction system does not accumulate excessive heat, the combustion reaction as a side reaction is hindered, and the selectivity of the coupling reaction is enhanced. In addition, the yield of the hydrocarbon having a carbon number of at least 2 is improved.

    摘要: The present invention is related to a method of subjecting a feed oil to a refining process. This method includes a fractional distillation step 1 in which a feed oil is separated into a distillate oil M1 and a bottom oil M2 by a distillation process, a separation step in which the bottom oil is separated into a bottom light oil and a residue, and a hydrorefining step 3 in which the obtained distillate oil M1 and the bottom oil M2 are subjected to hydrorefining in the presence of hydrogen and a catalyst. In the hydrorefining step 3, the bottom light oil (deasphalted oil M3) is passed through a first catalyst layer 12 of a hydrorefining unit providing a plurality of catalyst layers 12, 13, and 13 filled with a hydrorefining catalyst, and a mixed oil comprising the distillate oil M1 and the bottom light oil (deasphalted oil M3) is passed through a downstream catalyst layer 13 and subject to a hydrogenation process.

    摘要: A process for producing a carbonic acid diester, which comprises carrying out a reaction in a vapor phase of an alcohol, carbon monoxide and oxygen in the presence of a catalyst in a fluidized-bed reactor so that an oxidative carbonylation of the alcohol occurs, thereby obtaining a carbonic acid diester, wherein a heat of reaction is removed by the latent heat of vaporization of the alcohol as a raw material. In the process, for example, either at least part of the alcohol may be directly fed in liquid phase into the fluidized bed or cooling pipes are disposed in the fluidized bed and at least part of the alcohol is introduced in liquid phase into the cooling pipes as a heat transfer medium so that the liquid alcohol is vaporized and fed into the fluidized-bed reactor. Carbon monoxide may be introduced together with the liquid alcohol into the cooling pipes. A process of high energy efficiency realizing an effective utilization of a heat of reaction and an apparatus therefor are provided in the production of a carbonic acid diester in a vapor phase with the use of a fluidized-bed reactor.

    摘要: An olefin oligomerization catalyst comprises at least one oxide selected from alumina and silica.cndot.alumina having a sulfate ion supported thereon. The amount of the sulfate ion contained in the catalyst is desirably in the range of 0.3 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the alumina and/or silica.cndot.alumina and the sulfate ion. The olefin oligomerization catalyst can be readily prepared by bringing a sulfuric acid aqueous solution or an ammonium sulfate aqueous solution into contact with at least one compound selected from alumina, silica alumina and their precursors, followed by drying and calcining. Further, an olefin oligomerization catalyst comprises at least one oxide selected from alumina and silica.cndot.alumina on which a transition metal oxide is further supported in addition to the sulfate ion. By the use of the catalyst, a lower olefin produced in, for example, a petroleum refining process can be converted into an oligomer of high value added.
