摘要:
A large cylindrically tubular molded part is made by assembling a plurality of inner segments into a tubularly cylindrical mold inner part having an outer surface centered on an axis and then juxtaposing reinforcing fibers with the outer surface. Then a plurality of outer segments are assembled into a tubularly cylindrical mold outer part coaxial with the mold inner part and having an inner surface radially confronting the outer surface of the inner part and forming therewith a mold cavity containing the reinforcing fibers. Multiple turns of prestressing cables are then wound under tension around the outer mold part to press the outer segments angularly together and the cavity is with a hard-curing plastic that is cured in the cavity to form the molded part reinforced with the reinforcing fibers. The inner segments are radially inwardly and the outer segments radially outwardly retracted then to demold the molded part.

The invention relates to a method of pressing pressing-material mats during the production of wood-material panels in a continuous press, wherein the continuous press has upper and lower heating plates, upper and lower entry plates, which project on the entry side and form an entry mouth, and, in the upper and lower parts of the press, endlessly circulating steel pressing belts which, with the interposition of rolling bars, are supported on the entry plates and the heating plates, wherein the height h0 of the entry gap and, possibly, the entry contour of the entry mouth are set, and wherein a pressing-material mat, which is produced, and possibly pretreated, in a spreading station arranged upstream of the press, is introduced into the continuous press and pressed therein. This method is characterized in that the entry-gap height is checked, set and/or regulated in dependence on the density and/or the weight per unit area of the pressing-material mat.

The roller bar chains of a continuous press for producing pressed board provided sufficient play for the roller bars relative to the link chains by having the journaling pins for the link chains extending through bushings which articulate the overlapping link plates together, so that the outer diameters of the pins within these bushings are less than the inner diameters of the bushings. The result is that the roller bar chain has only a single guide plane in the press region between the two press plates.

A continuous press for pressing a thick mat into a thin panel has a press frame, upper and lower press belts having confronting lower and upper stretches defining a press gap extending in a horizontal transport direction, upper and lower flexible intake plates juxtaposed respectively above and below upstream ends of the lower and upper stretches of the belts and defining therewith an intake mouth flaring upstream, and a plurality of hydraulic actuators braced between at least one of the intake plates and the frame and operable to deform the one intake plate and thereby change the spacing of the belts at the mouth. A desired shape of the one intake plate at the mouth is established in accordance with the thickness of the mat, the density of the mat, and the thickness of the panel. Then an actual shape of the one intake plate is detected by the use of an array of position sensors, the detected actual shape of the one intake plate is compared to the desired shape, any variation between the actual shape and the desired shape is determined, and the actuators are pressurized to impart the desired shape to the one intake plate.

An apparatus for continuously produced pressed board has a structuring belt in the form of a metal wire screen which is fed with a respectively endless steel belt and the wood-based mat passing through a continuous press whose heated upper and lower press platens have the belts guided therealong via rollers displaceable along closed paths. The wire mesh configuration of the structuring belt is continuously impressed into the pressed board strand which is produced.

A press for making pressed board has a plurality of longitudinally spaced rigid frames, a lower press plate extending longitudinally through and secured to the frames, and a normally planar upper press plate extending longitudinally above the lower plate through the frames and defining with the lower press plate a longitudinally throughgoing press gap. A plurality of vertically effective double-acting hydraulic cylinders carried on the frames above the upper plate each have a back compartment and a front compartment, are connected to the upper plate, and support the upper plate on the frames. Respective upper and lower endless belts have respective lower and upper stretches extending through the gap immediately below and above the respective upper and lower plates and respective upper and lower rollers advance the stretches longitudinally through the frames. Sensors connected to the lower plate produce an output corresponding to the size of the gap. A safety unit connected to the upper plate produces an output when the upper plate is deformed to a predetermined extent from a planar shape. A hydraulic valve system connected to the compartments of the double-acting cylinders pressurizes and depressurizes same. A controller connected to the safety unit and valve system pressurizes the front compartments of the cylinders when the safety unit generates its output and thereby hydraulically blocks downward movement of the upper plate.

The invention relates to a cycle press, in particular a short-cycle press, for producing and/or coating board-shaped materials, in particular engineered wood boards, comprising a press body having several press frames arranged next to one another in the longitudinal press direction, and further comprising an upper press plate and a lower press plate, wherein pressing cylinders supported on the press frames act on the upper press plate or the lower press plate. According to the invention, said cycle press is characterized in that the pressing cylinders are attached to the press frames by means of frame pins, wherein said frame pins engage in cut-outs of the press frames. Thus, the pressing cylinders can be prestressed against the press frames.

A press for pressing a mat into a thin panel has a press frame, upper and lower press plates on the frame, and upper and lower press belts having confronting lower and upper stretches defining a press gap extending in a horizontal and longitudinal transport direction and respectively running below and above the upper and lower press plates. Upper and lower flexible intake plates are juxtaposed respectively above and below upstream ends of the lower and upper stretches of the belts and define therewith a downstream portion of an intake mouth flaring upstream. Upper and lower rollers are respectively braced against the upper and lower stretches of the belts at an upstream portion of the intake mouth immediately upstream of the downstream portion of the intake mouth. Further actuators connected to the rollers set a shape of the upstream portion of the intake mouth.

The pressure measuring device has a housing in which a pressure chamber is located in a pin extending freely in the interior of the housing from a base. The pressure chamber wall is deformable elastically under an applied pressure. In the free end portion of the pin a magnetoresistive sensor is mounted which is moved with the chamber wall in a displacement occurring because of pressure changes in the chamber and thus is displaced relative to a permanent magnet. The magnet is mounted slightly transversely in the end portion of a compensating sleeve which surrounds the pin with wall contact. The change of the magnetic field at the sensor on displacement causes a proportional resistance change of the sensor so that an electrical signal proportional to the pressure change is generated which is a measure of the pressure. An amplifier for the signal from the magnetoresistive sensor can be mounted inside the housing adjacent the permanent magnet or the magnetoresistive sensor. Also advantageously the space between the housing and the compensating sleeve can be filled with insulation to further reduce temperature compensation requirements.
