    摘要: Provided is a system for an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) rectifier for charging ultra-capacitors. The system may include a power converter, which may receive power from a power source. A direct current (DC) bus may be connected to the power converter and may receive power from the power converter. At least one IGBT may be connected to the DC bus and may receive power from the DC bus. An array of ultra-capacitors may be connected to the at least one IGBT. At least one controller may control the at least one IGBT to charge the array of ultra-capacitors. A method and computer program product are also disclosed.

The method teaches that multivalent cations promote binding of single stranded nucleic acids to the beads and that the single stranded nucleic acids can be released with the addition of chelating agents that bind the multivalent cations such as EDTA. The method further teaches that fragile single stranded nucleic acids, such as RNA, can be stored on the surface of the beads. Lastly, the method also teaches that by iteratively adding complimentary DNA oligos, single stranded nucleic acids can be quantified or individually isolated using the carbon coated magnetic beads.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a thin film thermistor in which the reagent grade materials are dissolved in water and allowed to intimately mix therein after which the mixture is spray-dried under pressure to obtain a fine powder which is the true thermistor composition desired. After oxidation at high temperatures for a long period of time to remove sulphites etc., the resulting oxides are mixed in a bone milling process with a plastic binder which is then poured on to a glass plate and spread to a predetermined thickness and allowed to dry, after which the material is placed on a ceramic plate and fired to bond the plastic and ceramic and burn out portions of the plastic whereupon electrodes are attached to the final thermistor.

    摘要: A power inverter circuit is provided which includes a transformer and a pair of switching transistors. The switching transistors connect the primary winding of the transformer to a direct-current source in an alternate manner, so that the polarity of the voltage applied to the winding is cyclically reversed in order to produce an alternating-current in the winding. In accordance with the invention, a saturable reactor is connected in circuit with the switching transistors to prevent each transistor from conducting a relatively large current before the voltage across such transistor drops to a minimum, so that switching losses in power inverter may be reduced.
