    摘要: An on-load tap changer has: a first selector rod and a second selector rod; a load changeover-switch rod; a switch; and a transmission. The first selector rod, the second selector rod and the load changeover-switch rod are arranged collinearly. The transmission is configured to: move the first selector rod and the second selector rod during changeover from one selector contact to an adjacent selector contact in a first direction; and move the load changeover-switch rod during the changeover in the first direction and a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction, so as to actuate the switch.

    摘要: An on-load tap changer uninterruptedly switches between winding taps of a tap-changing transformer. The on-load tap changer includes: at least one selector configured to preselect, in a powerless manner, a selected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one diverter switch configured to actually switch loads from a previous winding tap to a preselected winding tap of the winding taps; at least one toothed gearing comprising a first gearwheel and a second gearwheel, the first gearwheel being assigned to the selector, and the second gearwheel being assigned to the diverter switch; and a drive shaft, which is configured to be actuated by a motor drive. The first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are directly interconnected mechanically in such a way that the first gearwheel and the second gearwheel are simultaneously actuatable. The drive shaft is configured to drive either the first gearwheel or the second gearwheel.

The method includes: providing a set of reference voltages of the power semiconductor device and a set of corresponding reference currents; measuring an on-state voltage and a corresponding on-state current of the power semiconductor device to obtain a measurement point; adapting the set of reference voltages by adapting two of the set of reference voltages lying closest to the measurement point by extrapolating the measurement point; and using the adapted set of reference voltages to analyze the operation of the power semiconductor device. The extrapolation is based on a predefined reference increment current and a predefined reference increment voltage.
