摘要: A fuel cell stack is comprised of a plurality of power generating units which are stacked along the horizontal direction. A corrugated passage groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of the underside surface of a corrugated passage groove of a first fuel gas passage is formed in a surface of a first metal separator. A corrugated passage groove having a shape corresponding to the shape of the underside surface of a corrugated passage groove of a second oxidant gas passage is formed in a surface of a third metal separator. The corrugated passage grooves overlap one another to define a refrigerant passage. An oxidant gas inlet port and a fuel gas inlet port are provided in the upper portion of the power generating unit, and an oxidant gas outlet port and a fuel gas outlet port are provided in the lower portion of the power generating unit. A refrigerant inlet port and a refrigerant outlet port are formed in each of the left and right portions of the power generating unit.

摘要: A data transmission system including a pair of parallel transmission lines, applies data signals to the transmission lines through a transformer and an associated impedance connected across the lines. The transformer is magnetically coupled to at least one of the lines to apply a signal current thereto. The signal current is transferred to the other line through the impedance. The impedance is tuned to the transmission frequency so that it has a very low value during data transmission.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed toward a drive method and circuit for a memory matrix panel which comprises a light-emitting body having hysteresis behavior responsive to application of a desired AC voltage, a plurality of horizontal electrodes disposed on a first major surface of the light-emitting body and a plurality of vertical electrodes disposed on a second major surface of the light-emitting body, each cross point of the both electrodes providing a light-emitting unit point in a matrix array. A period of the applied AC voltage includes at least three sections wherein, prior to the writing, erasing or reading of information, a horizontal maintenance pulse having an amplitude necessary to maintain light emittance is applied to the plurality of horizontal electrodes during the first section thereof and a vertical maintenance pulse having an amplitude necessary to maintain light emittance is applied to the vertical electrodes during the second section thereof. In order to perform the writing, erasing or reading of information on a selected cross point, the vertical (or horizontal) electrode associated with such point receives an enable pulse having the shape identical with that of the horizontal maintenance pulse but the phase shifted into the third section, whereas the associated horizontal (or vertical) electrode receives write, erase or read out each having a predetermined amplitude necessary to perform the write, erase or read operation, the respective amplitude being superimposed on the enable pulse.

摘要: In a semiconductor storage apparatus, an internal address generation unit generates, when receiving successive first and second external addresses, from the second external address an internal address for selecting any of the memory cells connected to bit lines and word lines except the bit line and word line connected to a memory cell to be selected according to the first external address. When receiving the successive external addresses, a memory cell connected to the same bit line and word line is not continuously selected, and erroneous readout due to rewriting of a value of the memory cell in a non-selected state is suppressed.
