摘要： A method to electrically and mechanically connect at least one wire conductor to a terminal includes the steps of cutting and stripping a portion of an insulation outer layer along an end section of the at least one wire conductor to expose a lead of the at least one wire conductor. A further step includes applying a bonding process to the exposed lead to break down oxides disposed on the lead. A further step in the method is crimping the lead having the applied bonding process to the terminal to form a crimp connection connecting the at least one wire conductor to the terminal.

The contacts include a contact group of a pair of signal contacts and a ground contact. The contacting portions of the paired signal contacts are disposed in a first row with a first interval kept from one another. The contacting portion of the ground contact is disposed in a second row parallel to the first row to be faced to the first interval. The terminal portions of the paired signal contacts are disposed in a third row to be adjacent to each other. The terminal portion of the ground contact is disposed in the third row to be adjacent to one of the terminal portions of the paired signal contacts.

An ultrasound converging member converges in the region the ultrasound waves subjected to the change of the radiating direction. Light which is reachable to the region is emitted from a light source unit. A light transmitting/receiving member radiates light emitted from the light source unit and receives light reflected in a converged region of the ultrasound waves in the region. Based on the reflected light, information showing the internal state in a desired deeper region in the membrana mucosa of the body tissue of the object.

The apparatus includes a plurality of heating devices 3 to which high frequency power sources are provided respectively. The apparatus and method for heating of a work with the apparatus is capable of treating a plurality of works (W) continuously under controlled conditions on work coil shapes and positions depending on the size and/or the shape of the works (W).
