    摘要: A charge relief mechanism for setting an oil pressure of a charge line which replenishes operating oil to a pair of operating oil lines fluidly connecting a hydraulic pump body and a hydraulic actuator, includes: an oil pressure setting line; and a charge relief valve inserted in the oil pressure setting line. The charge relief valve includes a relief valve body provided with a large diameter hole, a small diameter hole, and a check valve seat formed between the large diameter hole and the small diameter hole. The large diameter hole is provided with a check valve body which is seatable on the check valve seat and is movable in the axis line direction, and a slip-out prevention member for preventing the check valve body from being separated from the large diameter hole while allowing the check valve body to selectively communicate or block between the large diameter hole and the small diameter hole.

    摘要: In a working vehicle having hydraulic lift cylinder (39) on the top of rear end of the vehicle and seat (34) above the cylinder case (33) of such cylinder, fluid supply system is provided which supplies fluid from a single pump (47) to both of the lift cylinder and fluid-operated working implements. This system comprises first and second valve assemblies (49, 50), connected in series and mounted on the cylinder case (33), for controlling operation of the lift cylinder and working implements, respectively. The second valve assembly (50) is particularly disposed, for an easy mounting and piping, horizontally along a lateral direction within large open space before the cylinder head (81) of cylinder case (33) and below the seat (34) by mounting same to the front of head (81). For this, stop valve (52) for lift cylinder (39) is disposed within the head (81) so as to be displayed laterally and a vertical seating surface (96) is formed to the front of head (81).

    摘要: A hydraulic drive vehicle includes a bypass valve for fluidly connecting or disconnecting a pump/second-motor line and a second-motor/first-motor line, and set a capacity of a first hydraulic motor to a standard capacity which makes a peripheral speed of a first wheel driven by the first hydraulic motor equal to a peripheral speed of a second wheel driven by a second hydraulic motor when the bypass valve fluidly disconnects the two lines and set the capacity of the first hydraulic motor to a first capacity smaller than the standard capacity when the bypass valve fluidly connects the two lines. The present invention makes it possible to widen a variable range in which a traveling speed of the vehicle could be changed.

    摘要: Cylinder head (81) of a hydraulic lift cylinder (39) includes a fluid input port (74) and first fluid output port (75) to be connected respectively to a pump (46) and to a power steering mechanism (40). These ports preferably open at one and the other side surfaces of the head. The head further includes a second fluid output port (83) and fluid inlet port (84) which open at a front surface of the head. These ports are connected through an inside of a cover member (49a, 50a; 201; 250a) detachably mounted on the front surface of head. The head includes therein a flow divider (47) which divides inflow of the input port into first and second flows directed respectively to the first and second output ports. Fluid returned into the inlet port is directed towards a first control valve assembly (48) for the lift cylinder. A second control valve assembly (49; 250) for an auxiliary implement can be provided using the cover member as its valve housing with remaining fluid pipings to the input and first output ports unchanged. A third control valve assembly (50) can further be provided by mounting it on an upper surface on the second assembly.

    摘要: A hydraulic flow divider has first and second flow control valves each dividing its inflow into two flows. The first flow control has a pressure relief valve and a constant orifice dividing flow to two outlets. The second flow control further divides one of these flows into a second set of two output flows. One of the output flows of the second flow control valve is directed to a power steering cylinder while secondary output flow of the second flow control valve joins flow from the other outlet of the first flow control. The arrangement secures adequate fluid supply to a priority load of the hydraulic system at low pump drive engine speeds.
