There are provided a self-adhesive film for hologram formation, a dry plate for photographing a hologram, and a method for image formation using the same, which, when a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided as an antireflection layer for the prevention of halation at the time of exposure for hologram recording, the effect of preventing halation can be attained even when a hologram-recording light is admitted at a low angle as viewed from the interfacial boundary. Specifically, the present invention include: a self-adhesive film for hologram formation, comprising a support film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the support film, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition further containing a modifier capable of regulating the refractive index and/or adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition; and a dry plate for photographing a hologram and a method for image formation using the same.
