摘要： Provided is a gauge device that can provide innovativeness to representation during an operation of effect creation, and can improve the marketability and designability. A gauge device 1 is configured to include a display section 2 that displays vehicle information by rotating a pointer needle on a display panel, and an operation section 3 for use to operate various types of functions of the display section 2. Control means is also provided for operating, in response to an input of a predetermined start signal, in a cooperative manner, first illumination means 2d provided for illuminating the display section 2 and second illumination means 3c provided for illuminating the operation section 3 to make those operate a predetermined operation of effect creation. The start signal is an input of turning on or off a power switch.

摘要： An instrument driver is provided in which a radical new representation can be used in presentation operation to improve marketability and design. The instrument driver includes an instrument 2 indicating vehicle information by turning of a pointer on a display plate and first and second illuminating means 2d and 2e for illuminating the instrument with different illumination colors. Control means 1 and 2a is included which causes the instrument 2 to perform presentation operation different from normal display operation in response to an input of a predetermined start signal and gradually changes at least brightness of the first illuminating means 2d and brightness of the second illuminating means 2e at different times as the presentation operation. The start signal is an input for turning on or an input for turning off a power source switch.

摘要： Provided is an instrument driving device which can have improved marketability and designability by providing a new expression for a prompting operation. The instrument driving device is provided with an instrument (2) that displays vehicle information by causing a pointer to turn on a display board, and a display board lighting means (2d) for illuminating the display board. The instrument driving device is also provided with a control means (2a) for causing, in response to the input of a predetermined start signal, the instrument (2) to perform a prompting operation which is different from a normal operation, and as the prompting operation, activating at least the display board lighting means (2d), then gradually reducing the illumination such that the transition in brightness is nonlinear and the fading rate lessens over time. The predetermined start signal may be the ON or OFF of an electrical power switch.
