摘要: [Object] To provide a means manufacturing a medical vial which contains a Type IA borosilicate glass as the raw material and in which the elution amount of silica into a high ionic strength solution decreases to be equal to or less than the silica elution amount in a Type IB borosilicate glass.[Solution] A method for manufacturing a medical vial is a method for manufacturing a medical vial including a fire blast process of applying a flame ejected from a point burner to a deteriorated layer generated on the inner surface of a vial, in which the vial is molded from a glass tube containing a Type IA borosilicate glass as the raw material and the molar ratio of oxides contained in the borosilicate glass satisfies ψ=0.23±0.02 in ψ=[(Na2O+K2O)—Al2O3]/B2O3 and satisfies β=7.5±0.5 in β=B2O3/Al2O3.

摘要: The present invention relates to a data write control system for writing data onto a disk in response to a write request. Before the data is written onto a disk in a floppy disk drive (17), a FD driver (120) stores the data in a predetermined area of a main memory (12). Note that the data involves a probability of being unsuccessfully written onto the disk. After the data has been written on the disk, the FD driver (120) reads out the written data from the disk, and compares the read-out data with the data stored in the predetermined area so as to determine whether or not the data written onto the disk has been successfully written.

摘要: To provide a measure for reducing the leaching values of alkali components defined in ISO4802 and the like as much as possible in a glass container for use in storage or the like of pharmaceuticals or the like. The measure includes a container converting process of processing a glass tube into a container shape having a bottom and an opening to form a vial and a fire blast process of scanning an inner surface of the vial with a flame of a point burner while emitting the flame to an internal space of the vial and applying the flame to the inner surface.

摘要: Disclosed is a screen printing apparatus for screen printing the cream solder including a squeegee assembly (30) provided with comb blade members (35) and with solder leakage prohibiting guides (36). The comb blade members partition a cream solder (52) substantially vertically with respect to a contact slide surface between the squeegee (33) and the screen (21) to prevent the cream solder from passing in fluidity on the screen (21) in a direction substantially at right angles to the sliding direction as the squeegee sweeps and as the cream solder becomes twisted between the screen and the squeegee. The solder leakage prohibiting guides (36) prevent the cream solder from leaking to outside a printing sphere determined by the squeegee width.

摘要: In an enabled resume mode, the drive status, head position and recording data amount of a CD-ROM drive are saved in a system memory when the power supply of a system is turned off. When the power supply is turned on, it is determined based on a data recording capacity whether a currently-set CD-ROM is identical with one set when the power supply is turned off. If it is determined that they are not identical, a resume error occurs only in the CD-ROM drive, and the configurations of systems other than the CD-ROM drive are resumed on the basis of information saved in the system memory, thereby preventing the whole system from being hung up.
