    摘要: According to one embodiment, an image relay apparatus includes a reception unit, a determination unit and a transmission unit. The reception unit receives compressed image data from a relay source apparatus. The determination unit determines whether or not the compressed image data is processable through a first path not involving decompression of the compressed image data, based on data on a relay destination apparatus. The transmission unit transfers, to the relay destination apparatus, either the compressed image data processed through the first path or recompressed image data obtained by processing the compressed image data through a second path involving decompression, drawing, and recompression of the compressed image data.

    摘要: A system provided herein may perform automatic temporal alignment between music audio signal and lyrics with higher accuracy than ever. A non-fricative section extracting 4 extracts non-fricative sound sections, where no fricative sounds exist, from the music audio signal. An alignment portion 17 includes a phone model 15 for singing voice capable of estimating phonemes corresponding to temporal-alignment features. The alignment portion 17 performs an alignment operation using as inputs temporal-alignment features obtained from a temporal-alignment feature extracting portion 11, information on vocal and non-vocal sections obtained from a vocal section estimating portion 9, and a phoneme network SN on conditions that no phonemes exist at least in non-vocal sections and that no fricative phonemes exist in non-fricative sound sections.

    摘要: An audio signal produced by playing a plurality of musical instruments is separated into sound sources according to respective instrument sounds. Each time a separation process is performed, the updated model parameter estimation/storage section 114 estimates parameters respectively contained in updated model parameters such that updated power spectrograms gradually change from a state close to initial power spectrograms to a state close to a plurality of power spectrograms most recently stored in a power spectrogram separation/storage section. Respective sections including the power spectrogram separation/storage section 112 and an updated distribution function computation/storage section 118 repeatedly perform process operations until the updated power spectrograms change from the state close to the initial power spectrograms to the state close to the plurality of power spectrograms most recently stored in the power spectrogram separation/storage section 112. The final updated power spectrograms are close to the power spectrograms of single tones of one musical instrument contained in the input audio signal formed to contain harmonic and inharmonic models.

    摘要: Image control involves receiving source images defined with respect to respective source coordinate systems from source image generators also respectively associated with source IDs. The source images are composed to generate a composite image defined with respect to a composed coordinate system, and the composed image is sent to a viewer which displays the composed image and outputs an HID signal which indicates information defined with respect to the composed coordinate system. A layout manager stores source IDs respectively associated with layout information including position and size of at least one of the source images. An image composer composes the source images according to the layout information. An analyzer analyzes the HID signal for editing layout information stored in the layout manager, and determines a source ID a source image according to the layout information. The HID signal defined with respect to the composed coordinate system is converted to an HID signal defined with respect to the source coordinate system corresponding to the determined source image. An operator then sends the converted HID signal to the source image generator associated with the determined source ID.
