摘要： An image forming apparatus is disclosed. A generation section generates color image data Y, M, and C and monochrome image data K. A first control section permits monochrome printing of the image data K when the generation section generates only the image data K. When the generation section generates color and monochrome image data, a determination section determines whether the image data Y, M, and C each correspond to a white image. A second control section deletes the image data Y, M, and C and permits monochrome printing of the image data K, when a determination result of the determination section is an affirmative result. A third control section permits color printing corresponding of the image data Y, M, C and K when the determination result of the determination section is a negative result.
