摘要： The present invention relates to a closed-head drum (10) with inserted thin-walled inliner (22) of multilayer plastic film for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials. In order to improve the use of liners in closed-head drums, and to facilitate in particular the handling for the users such as the filling and emptying operators, so as to allow the closed-head drum (10) with liner (22) to be handled in precisely the same way as a closed-head drum without a liner, the present invention provides for the liner surface to adhere, or be adhesively bonded in a detachable manner, to the inner wall of the drum by virtue of a vacuum being created in the intermediate air space between the inner wall of the drum and liner surface and by thermal activation by means of hot air injection into the interior of the inliner.

摘要： The present invention relates to a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting in particular hazardous liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a thin-walled rigid inner container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material, having a tubular lattice frame (14) of horizontal and vertical tubular bars (18, 20) which are welded to one another, said tubular lattice frame (14) as a supporting jacket tightly enclosing the plastics-material inner container (12), and having a base pallet (16) on which the plastics-material inner container (12) bears and to which the tubular lattice frame (14) is fixedly connected, wherein the base pallet (16) is configured as a composite embodiment or as a frame pallet having corner feet (22) and central feet (24) from plastics material, steel, or timber, wherein for stacking pallet containers (10) of identical types on top of one another a clearance (32) in the corner feet (22) and the central feet (24) is provided on the base along the external edges of all four sidewalls of the base pallet (16), said clearance (32) being configured such that when stacking two pallet containers (10) on top of one another, the uppermost encircling horizontal tubular bar (18) of the tubular lattice frame (14) of a pallet container (10) stacked therebelow engages or “nests” in a mutually adapted and form-fitting manner in the clearance (32), wherein for a secure transportation of two filled pallet containers (10) stacked on top of one another by means of a forklift truck, a deeper clearance (32) is formed such that it is deeper, i.e. up to twice as deep (or high) in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or radial direction.

摘要： The present invention relates to a flexible inliner (28) from a multi-layered plastics-material film, having an upper filling connector (30) and a lower retrieving connector (32), in particular for a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting liquid and free-flowing filling goods. In order for the use of inliners in pallet containers to be improved and in particular for the barrier effect of the multi-layered film to be maintained also over comparatively long transportation and storage periods, it is provided according to the invention that the filling/retrieving connector (30, 32, 54) is welded to the inliner wall (56) in such a manner that existing film cutting edges (68, 70) are covered in relation to contact with the filling goods, and no film cutting edge (68, 70), neither the film cutting edge on the welded flange rim (58, 66) of the welded filling/retrieving connector (30, 32, 54) nor the film cutting edge on the internal-side delimitation of a retrieving opening (72) in the inliner wall (56), comes into contact with the filled liquid filling goods.

摘要： A reusable container, made of a thermoplastic material, with at least one filler and drain opening (18) in the top panel (20) and with a circumferential upper and lower stacking ring (12, 16). To permit reuse, direct stackability, good residual drainability as well as good manipulability of the container, this invention provides for the upper stacking ring (12) to have a slightly larger diameter than the lower stacking ring (16) and to feature on the inside of its upper rim a recess matching the diameter of the lower stacking ring (16) and on the outside a vertically protruding circular flange, so that, when stacked one container atop the other, the lower stacking ring of the upper container fits into the recess in the upper stacking ring of the barrel underneath and is snugly centered therein by the vertically protruding circular flange. This allows for the direct, multiple, secure stacking of the containers that are the object of this invention.
