    摘要: A flat panel display device includes a display region formed on a substrate, the display region having a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a self-emission device with two electrodes, and displaying a predetermined image; a covering member to cover at least the display region; a sealing member comprising a sealing material coated outside and around at least the display region, by which edges of the covering member are bonded to the substrate to seal at least the display region; a terminal region installed on the substrate outside the sealing member; and a driving power supply line to supply a driving potential power and/or a source current to the display region, the driving power supply line comprising at least two conductive layers and being arranged in such a way that at least a part of the driving power supply line is positioned between the sealing member and the substrate. Therefore, the ratio of the display region to the total size of the display increases and a non-emission region decreases. In addition, the resistance of the power supply lines is reduced.

    摘要: An organic electroluminescent display device in which electromagnetic field preventing and protecting circuit, for protecting internal circuits from abnormal signals having specific characteristics generated during manufacturing process or operation, is easily arranged by arranging said circuit on a junction (or coupling) region of a flexible printed circuit (FPC) and an input part. The organic electroluminescent display device includes a substrate, power supply lines and signal lines arranged on the substrate, an input part including input terminals and input lines, each said input line connected between a corresponding one of the power supply lines and the signal lines, and a corresponding one of the input terminals, and an FPC connected to the input terminals. The electromagnetic field preventing and protecting circuit is arranged on a region overlapping with the FPC.

Steps are formed at lower parts of the auxiliary electrodes, and the second electrodes are coupled to the auxiliary electrodes through contact regions in which the auxiliary electrodes are exposed due to the steps.

    摘要: A display device in which charge damage occurring at wiring near the periphery is prevented or reduced, and wiring is facilitated during manufacturing by controlling an angle of an edge part of the wiring near the periphery. A display device includes a substrate, a pixel region including a plurality of unit pixels formed on the substrate. A power supply voltage line supplies a power supply voltage to the pixel region, and a cathode voltage line supplies a cathode voltage to the pixel region. The power supply voltage line includes an edge part formed in an obtuse angle. The edge part of wiring adjacent to the power supply voltage line may also be formed in an obtuse angle. Further, a cathode voltage line and a scan driver each may include an edge part formed in an obtuse angle. The display device may be an organic electroluminescent display device.
