摘要: A vertical memory device includes a substrate, a plurality of channels on the substrate and extending in a first direction that is vertical to a top surface of the substrate, a plurality of gate lines stacked on top of each other on the substrate, a plurality of wiring over the gate lines and electrically connected to the gate lines, and an identification pattern on the substrate at the same level as a level of at least one of the wirings. The gate lines surround the channels. The gate lines are spaced apart from each other along the first direction.

摘要: In a glasses-type display device according to an example of the present disclosure to solve the technical problems described above, there is provided a glasses-type display device including: a glasses frame including a lens fixing frame that fixes a lens disposed to correspond to the eye of a user, and a temple frame that extends from the lens fixing frame to serve as a temple; a dual camera module installed on the lens fixing frame and disposed to face a same viewpoint as that of the user; a display module installed at a lower end of the lens fixing frame to output an image to enter the eye of the user; and a glasses lens installed on the lens fixing frame to allow external light generated from a front to enter the eye of the user.

摘要: Titania-based porous nanoparticle coatings are mechanically robust, with low haze, which exhibit short time scales for decomposition of fingerprint oils under ultraviolet light. The mechanism by which a typical dactylogram is consumed combines wicking of the sebum into the nanoporous titania structure followed by photocatalytic degradation. These TiO2 nanostructured surfaces are also anti-fogging, anti-bacterial, and compatible with flexible glass substrates and remain photocatalytically active in natural sunlight.

摘要: Example embodiments relate to a manufacturing device of an anti-reflecting structure and a method for manufacturing the anti-reflecting structure. The manufacturing device of an anti-reflecting structure includes a carrier film on which a stamp structure is formed, an unwinding unit which unwinds the carrier film, a substrate support unit which provides a target substrate to the carrier film, a pressing unit which applies pressure to the carrier film so that a resin provided in the stamp structure is provided to the target substrate, and a winding unit which winds the carrier film from which an anti-reflecting pattern is transferred to the target substrate, wherein the pressing unit includes a chamber which stores the target substrate, and a vent hole formed in the chamber, and air within the chamber is discharged through the vent hole to lower the air pressure in the chamber and apply pressure to the carrier film.

摘要: A logic circuit may include at least one magnetic tunnel junction device including a first layer configured to receive a particular input signal and a second layer connected to a node, and an inverter connected to the node and configured to generate an output signal by inverting a signal of the node, wherein the inverter includes a transistor on a substrate, and the at least one magnetic tunnel junction device is on an upper portion of the transistor. The at least one magnetic tunnel junction device may include first and second magnetic tunnel junction devices configured to receive first and second input signals, respectively. The logic circuit may include a magnetic tunnel junction device and a reference resistor configured to receive a second input signal, the reference resistor connected to the node, the reference resistor having a reference resistance. The logic circuit may be included in an apparatus.
