摘要: The present invention relates generally to a multifunctional textile produced by a special processing method and the manufacturing method and use thereof. The water repellent agent and flame retardant incompatible with each other are laminated by using special materials and a specific processing method to form a multifunctional textile with special water repellency, soil repellency, oil repellency, mildew resistance and flame retardancy, which comprises a base cloth layer, two composite layers and a flame retardant layer. The base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the two composite layers are disposed on the first surface and the second surface respectively, and then the flame retardant layer is disposed on the composite layer of the first surface of the base cloth layer.

摘要: A gate bias circuit for a plurality of GaAs amplifier stages is a transistor coupled to a temperature compensation current received from a CMOS control stage. A plurality of pHEMPT amplifier stages are coupled to the gate bias circuit and to a control voltage which switches the amplifier stage. A selectively controlled stage pass transistor enables a current mirror between the gate bias circuit and each stage amplifying transistor. The penultimate pHEMPT amplifier stage is coupled to a CMOS amplifier. A CMOS circuit provides both the temperature compensation current by a proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) circuit and the control voltage enabling each pHEMPT transistor to receive its input signal in combination with the gate bias voltage.

摘要: An embedded capacitor substrate module includes a substrate, a metal substrate and a solid electrolytic capacitor material. The solid electrolytic capacitor material is formed on the metal substrate, so as to form a solid electrolytic capacitor with the substrate. The embedded capacitor substrate module further includes an electrode lead-out region formed by extending the substrate and the metal substrate. The metal substrate serves as a first electrode, and the substrate serves as a second electrode. An insulating material is formed between the substrate and the metal substrate. Therefore, the embedded capacitor substrate module is not only advantageous in having a large capacitance as the conventional solid capacitor, but also capable of being drilled or plated and electrically connected to other circuits after being embedded in a printed circuit board.
