摘要： A power feeding apparatus for a slidable structural body includes a link arm which is provided on one of the slidable structural body and a fixed structural body so as to be pivotally moved in a harness surplus length-absorbing direction of a wire harness, a harness holding portion provided on a distal end side of the link arm, and a harness fixing portion provided on the other of the slidable structural body and the fixed structural body. The link arm is formed so as to be expanded and contracted in a longitudinal direction of the link arm. The wire harness is installed to extend from the harness holding portion to the harness fixing portion.

摘要： In order to attain a compact and simplified feeder assembly 1, the feeder assembly adopts a space receiving a wiring harness 6 to be bend, a sliding member 7 provided in the wiring harness, and a sliding guide to guide the sliding member in the space side. The wiring harness is bent to loop or U-shape. The space is provided in a protector 4. The sliding guide 5 is formed in mountain shape or slanted. The sliding guide 5 is a pair of rails, guiding through-holes or walls opposed to each other, the wiring harness 6 is inserted between the pair of rails, and the sliding member 7 is a spherical member which contacts to slide freely on the pair of rails or walls, or an axis which engages with the guiding through-holes. An insulating cover of each electric cable of the wiring harness 6 or a protection tube of the circumference of the wiring harness 6 may be formed with a material which hardly degrades the rigidity with temperature and humidity changes or a loop portion 6b may be provided with a curved rigid member openable at a hinge.

摘要： A structure for attaching a harness protector used in supplying electricity is described in which a harness protector is attached to a vehicle body or a door inner panel of a sliding door for absorbing slack of a wire harness in the harness protector. A reinforcing member is provided on the harness protector for preventing deformation, such as warpage in a thickness direction, of the harness protector. The reinforcing member includes a protector fixing member, a door panel fixing member and a door-trim fixing member. The reinforcing member attaches to the harness protector without any rattle in the thickness direction and is movable along a surface of the harness protector. The reinforcing member incorporates an oblong opening of the harness protector for pulling out the wire harness.

摘要： A power supply apparatus for a sliding structure includes a wire harness 10 which is extended from a body 5 to a sliding structure, an elastic member 40 for urging the wire harness 10 in a warp absorbing direction, a harness supporting member 501 mounted on the elastic member, on which the wire harness 10 is placed, a curved portion protection member 70 which accommodates a curved portion 12 of the wire harness 10 at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction thereof, and an unusual sound suppressing portion 511, 512 for preventing unusual sound from being generated when the harness supporting member 501 hits against the curved portion protecting member 70. As the unusual sound suppressing portion, projections 511 and 512 to be in contact with the curved portion protecting member 70 are attached to the harness supporting member 501. Because of the above configuration, even when vibration is applied to an engine or car body, unusual sound will not be generated.

摘要： A pivotal harness guide 3 is provided in a side of a car body 1 or a sliding door, and a corrugated tube 4 is secured to the harness guide. The corrugated tube 4 may be held turnably in a circumferential direction of the corrugated tube 4 by the harness guide. The harness guide 3 has a locking projection that engages with a groove formed in the corrugated tube 4. The harness guide 3 has a harness support member 5 for securing the corrugated tube 4 to the harness guide and a base member 9 for turnably connecting the harness support member to the base member by a connecting member, and the base member is secured to the car body or the sliding door. The corrugated tube 4 may be turnable together with harness supporting cradles within a cylindrical wall formed in a panel of the car body.

摘要： An improved wiring system is provided in which a connector box having a plurality of terminals, electrical circuitry, and bus bars is incorporated. Since each bus bar provides forked conductive paths between the circuitry and the terminals, the terminals of the connector box and outside connectors can be connected by way of wires in a one-to-one correspondence. This simplified wiring mode greatly reduces manual labor in the manufacture of wire harnesses. Moreover, if a plurality of connector boxes of such structure as above are provided, they can be arranged in the vicinity of any of the electrical equipment of the vehicle due to their compact structure, thus minimizing the arrangement of power line wires in the car body.

摘要： For preventing a slack of a wire harness and bending the wire harness more smoothly, a harness holder includes an inner clamp member for supporting the wire harness and an outer clamp member supporting rotatably the inner clamp member. The slack preventing member is formed longer than the harness guide in a harness leading direction. Mounting the harness holder at a vehicle body and disposing a protector for receiving the wire harness at a slide door, the wire harness is wired from the harness holder to the protector. In a partially opened slide door, the slack preventing member supports the wire harness. In a full opened and a completely closed door, the harness guide supports the wire harness.
