摘要: A machine tool having a function of automatically correcting a machining program in tool replacement includes: a signal output unit that outputs a signal when a tool is replaced; a machining unit that temporarily machines a workpiece to a predetermined target dimension using the replaced tool; a measurement unit that measures an actual dimension of the temporarily machined workpiece; a detection unit that detects a dimensional difference between the measured actual dimension and the target dimension; and an automatic correction unit that automatically corrects the machining program based on the dimensional difference, wherein the machining unit actually machines the workpiece based on the automatically corrected machining program.

摘要: A machine tool includes: a main spindle that holds a work piece; a tool holding unit that holds a tool for processing the work piece; a detection unit that detects vibration generated during processing of the work piece; and a processor that controls machining of the work piece performed by the tool, in which the processor compares a detected value detected by the detection unit with a predefined threshold value, interrupts the machining by releasing contact between the work piece and the tool at time of generation of chatter vibration or when there is a sign of the generation of the chatter vibration in which the detected value exceeds the threshold value, and analyzes the chatter vibration while the machining is being interrupted on basis of the detected value detected by the detection unit before the interruption.

摘要: A method and a device can measure machine error of an axis of rotation in a tool post having a touch probe without restriction of an angular range of an angle of rotation. Directions of a measurement plane and a measurement axis in a five-axis measurement are switched in correspondence to a range of the angle of rotation in a touch probe. The five-axis measurement is carried out by setting a position in a direction of a measurement axis in a measurement plane to a position where a reference sphere does not interfere with a lever rod of the touch probe as occasion demands. The five-axis measurement is carried out, for example, by setting the measurement plane to a position which is perpendicular to a line connecting an estimated center of the reference sphere and a center of a tip sphere or the lever rod of the touch probe.

摘要: A dividing device divides a wafer from an ingot by slicing the ingot by using a dividing layer which is formed by relatively moving a laser beam to a predetermined depth of the ingot from one of both end faces of the ingot. The dividing device for a wafer includes: first fixing part that fixes the other of the both end faces of the ingot; second fixing part that is arranged on a first central axis line of the ingot so as to face the first fixing part and fixes the one of the both end faces of the ingot; and tension part that apply a tensile force to the ingot via the first and second fixing parts. The tension part rotates one end of the dividing layer with another end as a fulcrum so as to generate moments for slicing the ingot with the dividing layer as a boundary.

摘要: A machine tool comprises: a servomotor feeding a workpiece or a tool; a motor control section controlling the servomotor; and a processor connected to the motor control section, in a parameter adjustment mode while rotating a load by the servomotor with a given speed command issued to the motor control section under a condition where torque is limited, the processor calculating load inertia based on the torque and an angular acceleration of the servomotor that is obtained based on an output from the servomotor, calculating a parameter based on the load inertia, and adjusting a control parameter set to the motor control section based on the parameter.
