    摘要: Disclosed is an induction cooking device that is not likely to be affected by induction heating and wherein boiling-over can be detected. An induction cooking device has: a top plate on which a cooking container is placed; a heating coil that generates an induction magnetic field for heating the cooking container; a heating control unit that controls the heating power of the cooking container by controlling the high-frequency current supplied to the heating coil; electrodes disposed in a lower surface of the top plate; and an electrostatic capacity detector that detects changes in electrostatic capacity occurring in the electrodes when articles to be cooked contact with the top plate. When the electrostatic capacity detector senses changes in the electrostatic capacity of the electrodes, the heating control unit decreases or stops the heating power of the cooking container, and the electrodes are disposed outside of the outer circumference the heating coil.

    摘要: The present invention provides an inductive heating cooking device capable of detecting a temperature of a bottom of a pan instantly without delay in detection of temperature, and precisely keeping a temperature of a cooking container constant, and control method thereof, and control program thereof. The inductive heating cooking device includes a top plate (103) on which a cooking container is placed, a heating coil (104) to which a high-frequency current is applied to generate an induction magnetic field for heating the cooking container, an input unit (114) configured to receive a command for keeping a temperature of the cooking container at a constant temperature, a control unit (105) configured to control a heating of the cooking container by controlling the high-frequency current to be applied to the heating coil, and an infrared ray sensor (106) configured to detect an infrared ray energy radiated from the cooking container through the top plate. The control unit (105) controls the high-frequency current to be applied to the heating coil based on an output of the infrared ray sensor so as to keep the temperature of the cooking container at the constant temperature according to the command received by the input unit.

The temperature measuring device further includes a temperature detecting unit operable to measure a temperature of the infrared ray sensor, and calculate the temperature of the cooking container from an output of the infrared ray sensor based on the temperature of the infrared ray sensor measured by the temperature detecting unit.

    摘要: An induction heating cooker includes a surface, a heating coil for inductionally-heating a load pan, an inverter for supplying a high-frequency current to the heating coil, an infrared detector which detects infrared radiation emitted from the load pan and is located under a top plate, a first temperature detector for detecting a temperature of the load pan based on an output of the infrared detector, a heating controller for controlling a power output from the inverter, a thermo-sensitive element for receiving heat from the top plate, and a second temperature detector for detecting a temperature of the load pan based on an output of the first thermo-sensitive element. This induction heating cooker detects a temperature change of the load pan accurately by detecting an infrared radiation from the load pan, and detects the temperature of the load pan by the heat conduction from the pan even if ambient light enters.

    摘要: An image heating device comprises a cylindrical heating roller with a Curie temperature of 210.degree. C., a magnetization coil for magnetizing the heating roller with an alternating magnetic field, which is arranged inside the heating roller, and a nip portion for heating a recording material that carries a toner image with heat from the heating roller, while the recording material is being conveyed along said nip portion. The ratio between the amount of heat generated in said heat-generating member at Curie temperature or higher to the amount of heat generated at room temperature in said heat-generating member is not more than 1/2. With this configuration, the heating roller can regulate its own temperature to stabilize at a temperature that is suitable for fixing, and the problems of partial overheating or underheating, unstable heat generation, or damage of the device can be eliminated.

    摘要: There is provided a heating/cooking equipment capable of accurately determining boiling over. The heating/cooking equipment includes: a top plate (104) connected to a reference potential; a heating unit (105) configured to heat an object to be heated placed on the top plate; an electrode (106) arranged under the top plate; a capacitance detecting unit (107) configured to detect the electrostatic capacitance of the electrode; a boiling over detecting unit (108) configured to detect whether or not a material to be cooked in the object to be heated has boiled over on the top plate, based on a value of the electrostatic capacitance detected by the capacitance detecting unit; and a control unit (109) configured to control the heating operation of the heating unit based on a boiling over detection result from the boiling over detecting unit. The capacitance detecting unit (107) detects a change in the electrostatic capacitance of the electrode by exploiting capacitive coupling between the electrode and the reference potential which is enhanced by increase in a boiled over amount of the material to be cooked with moisture contained in the material to be cooked functioning as a dielectric when the material to be cooked boils over on the top plate.
