    摘要: Provided is an energy management system which can increase the awareness of energy saving. The energy management system according to the present invention includes a home appliance A located in a home, an external portable terminal PT, and a center device SV connected to the home appliance A and portable terminal PT via internet NT. The home appliance A includes an energy management unit 3 and a display control device CV. The center device SV stores for each home the electricity usage at a main breaker Bs and at branch breakers Bmn that is transmitted from the energy management unit 3 of each home. In the center device SV, the ranking in terms of the electricity usage or a degree of a decrease of the electricity usage is made relative to other homes on the basis of the stored electricity usage. The ranking is made for each home and transmitted to the display control device CV of the corresponding home.

    摘要: A battery warming circuit is a circuit installed in a vehicle provided with an inverter circuit, which is supplied with direct current electrical power from a secondary battery, and a 3-phase alternating current motor, and this circuit includes: a switch control unit, which has first and second terminals connected to control terminals of first and second switching elements, and controls turning the first and second switching elements on and off; an accumulation unit which has a third terminal connected to the other end of a specific coil, and accumulates back electromotive force generated in the specific coil by turning the second switching element on and off, with the first switching element being turned on; and a charging control unit which is provided between the positive electrode of the secondary battery and the accumulation unit, and supplies electrical power accumulated in the accumulation unit to the secondary battery.

This ground-fault resistance measurement circuit includes: a capacity which is connected between the charge section and the frame body; a switch which opens and closes a connection path between the charge section and the capacity; a charging unit which charges the capacity to a predetermined voltage; a voltage measurement section which measures a charging voltage of the capacity; a discharge control section which connects the capacity and the charge section after the capacity is charged, and discharges the capacity; and a calculation section which calculates a resistance between the charge section and the frame body, based on a change in the charging voltage of the capacity.

    摘要: A method for inspecting relay open/close contacts for a contact weld is provided, each relay open/close contact being connected serially to each of a plurality of battery pack blocks. Battery ECUs for controlling the operating condition of each of the battery pack blocks employ one battery pack block for transmitting an inspection signal and the other battery pack blocks for receiving the inspection signal, such that the transmitting battery ECU transmits the inspection signal with its open/close contact closed. When any one of the other battery pack blocks receives the inspection signal at its battery ECU in which its open/close contact has not been closed, the open/close contact is determined to be welded. This inspection is performed successively with the transmitting and receiving battery ECUs being employed alternately in order to check the plurality of open/close contacts and their secondary open/close contacts for a contact weld.
