摘要: A fundus observation apparatus that is capable of assisting an examiner in judging the presence or absence of abnormality in an examinee's eye based on a fundus tomographic image. The fundus observation apparatus includes an optical coherence tomography device that has an optical scanner for setting an image pickup position on a fundus of an examinee's eye, and is arranged to obtain a tomographic image of the fundus, and an information display unit that is arranged to display on a monitor the tomographic image obtained by the optical coherence tomography device and assisting information for assisting an examiner in performing judgment on the tomographic image, and the information display unit is arranged to change the assisting information based on image pickup information on the tomographic image.

摘要: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus capable of performing efficient measurement of a plurality of eye characteristics of an examinee's eye, which comprises a first measurement unit comprising a first measurement system for performing measurement of a first characteristic of the eye, a second measurement unit comprising a second measurement system for performing measurement of a second characteristic of the eye, a measurement unit in which the measurement units are placed such that heights of first and second measurement axes of the respective systems are different from each other, a movement mechanism unit moving the measurement unit in a vertical direction, and a control unit controlling the mechanism unit such that the height of the first measurement axis at the time of first measurement by the first measurement unit becomes almost the same as that of the second measurement axis at the time of second measurement by the second measurement unit.

摘要: An ophthalmic apparatus which is easy to operate. The ophthalmic apparatus includes a measurement unit which measures characteristics of an examinee's eye, an image-pickup optical system for picking up an image of an anterior segment of the eye, a monitor having a screen where the picked-up anterior-segment image is displayed, a plurality of operation switches arranged on the screen or in the vicinity of the screen, a display control part which controls to display function information items indicating functions of the operation switches on the screen, and a changer which makes a selective changeover between a first operation mode in which a state where the function information items are not displayed on the screen is set as a standard state, and a second operation mode in which a state where the function information items are displayed on the screen is set as a standard state.

摘要: A refractive power measurement apparatus capable of measuring a refractive power of an optical system to be measured with a simple constitution at low cost. The refractive power measurement apparatus includes a projection optical system which projects measurement light onto an optical system to be measured, a photo-receiving optical system provided with a photodetector which photo-receives the measurement light from the optical system to be measured and a lens system which guides the measurement light onto the photodetector, a moving device for moving the lens system within a plane intersecting at right angles with an optical axis of the photo-receiving optical system so as to form a predetermined measurement pattern image on a photo-receiving surface of the photodetector, and a calculation device for calculating a refractive power of the optical system to be measured based on the measurement pattern image.

摘要: An ocular accommodative function examination apparatus for examining an accommodative function of an examinee's eye, comprises: a fixation target presenting optical system which presents a fixation target at a presenting position to the eye, the presenting position being changeable in a direction of a visual axis of the eye; a refractive power measuring optical system which measures refractive power of the eye and includes a light projecting optical system which includes a light source and projects examination light to a fundus of the eye and a light receiving optical system which includes a light receiving element and receives the examination light reflected from the fundus; an analysis part which acquires variation in the refractive power of the eye gazing at the fixation target at a certain presenting position within a predetermined time based on output of the light receiving element, and determines the accommodative function including a range of accommodation and HFC (a frequency of occurrence of a high frequency component of accommodative microfluctuation) of the eye based on an acquired result; and an output part which outputs a result determined by the analysis part, wherein the analysis part determines presence/absence of accommodative constriction and presence/absence of accommodative spasm based on the determined range of accommodation and HFC.

摘要: An eye refractive power measurement apparatus which is capable of measuring even an eye with a small pupil diameter and measuring a normal eye with a large enough pupil diameter with accuracy and stability. The apparatus includes a measurement optical system for photo-receiving measurement light from a fundus via a ring-shaped aperture arranged at an approximately conjugate position with a pupil by using a photodetector, a changing device for changing a size of the ring-shaped aperture on a pupillary surface to a size different in both inside diameter and outside diameter, and a calculation device for calculating the eye refractive power based on a photo-receiving result obtained by the photodetector.

摘要: A measuring unit is mounted on a movable stage, which is movable in the right-left and front-rear directions relative to a fixed base stage. When an examiner moves the movable stage to the right or to the left by manipulating a joy stick, a micro switch detects that movement. Upon reception of a detection signal from the micro switch, a microcomputer allows power to be supplied to measurement circuits, to initiate a measurement mode. When judging that proper alignment has been established, the microcomputer automatically calculates a cornea shape. Measurement and calculation of a cornea shape are repeated until a standard deviation of measurement data falls within a given value. Upon completion of the measurement operation, the microcomputer stops the supply of power to the measurement circuits, to cancel the measurement mode.
