摘要： In a plasma processing apparatus for generating a plasma in a plasma generation space between a lower electrode and an upper electrode so that a processing object mounted on the lower electrode is subjected to plasma processing, a plurality of cutout portions for absorption of strain caused by thermal expansion due to rapid temperature increases in the plasma processing are formed at an equal pitch in an outer edge portion of a gas shower plate included in the upper electrode. Thus, the gas shower plate can be prevented from being damaged by occurrence of cracks in the outer edge portion of the gas shower plate or the like.

摘要： A disk playback apparatus such as a CD player comprises a case and a lift unit which is supported to be movable in the vertical direction to the case. The lift unit comprises a playback unit, a turntable, a holder drawing member, and the like. A magazine which is adapted to be loaded in the case accommodates therein disk holders, each of which hold one of different-sized disks. A control link having a holder butting pin and a disk control pin is movably mounted on the playback unit which is urged in the direction of departing from the disk by means of a release spring. When the disk holder reaches its accommodation position, the disk holder butts against the holder butting pin and rotates the control link slightly, thereby the disk control pin compulsively corrects the position of the disk. Thus the disk is certainly transported to the normal chucking position on the playback unit irrespective of the disk accommodated state in the disk holder.

In addition, a transparent member 11 for changing the progressing direction of the light reflected from the transparent substrate 2 is disposed between the reflection type liquid crystal display element L and the transparent substrate 2 so as to be in close contact with both surfaces thereof. As a result, the degradation of the contrast which makes the observation of an image difficult and the generation of the moire pattern can be prevented.

The antenna includes a columnar magnetic core formed by a ferromagnetic body, a coil portion wound around the magnetic core, a flat-plate state extension portion extended from an end portion of the magnetic core, and a standing portion provided at least on a one-direction face of the extension portion. Such antenna is suitable for installation on a wrist-watch type radio controlled timepiece, particularly requiring a reduction in size and weight. By this arrangement, while the time display dial is more easily viewable, the radio controlled timepiece ensures that a sufficient standard-wave receiving level is provided.

摘要： A hydraulic control apparatus for an automatic transmission comprises a linear solenoid valve for outputting a control pressure, a primary regulator valve for regulating a line pressure in accordance with the control pressure, and a secondary regulator valve for regulating a secondary pressure in accordance with the control pressure, the secondary pressure being supplied to a lock-up clutch and a torque converter. A spool of the secondary regulator valve is formed to comprise a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion, thereby eliminating the need for components such as a sleeve, and the line pressure can be input into an oil chamber formed between the large diameter portion and small diameter portion.
