摘要： A washing vessel capable of housing an endoscope is formed in an apparatus body. A washing solution containing a detergent is spurted against the endoscope arranged within the washing vessel for washing the endoscope. Also, an oxide-based disinfecting-sterilizing solution is supplied into the washing vessel for disinfecting-sterilizing the endoscope after the washing step together with the washing vessel.

摘要： An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus connection tool includes: a first fluid passage portion and a second fluid passage portion each including an end that is in communication with a fluid supply apparatus connection portion; an endoscope connection portion including a first discharge portion and a second discharge portion to be connected to an opening portion that is in communication with a conduit included in the endoscope, the first discharge portion and the second discharge portion being provided at respective other ends of the first fluid passage portion and the second fluid passage portion, the first discharge portion being inserted into the opening portion and discharging the fluid passed through the first fluid passage portion to an inside of the conduit, the second discharge portion being arranged at a circumference of the opening portion and discharging the fluid passed through the second fluid passage portion to the circumference of the opening portion.

摘要： An endoscope system includes an endoscope having internal conduits, a cleaning solution supply portion formed in the endoscope and communicating with the internal conduits, and a solution feed unit for feeding a cleaning solution to the cleaning solution supply portion. The internal conduits are formed such that the cleaning solution supplied from the cleaning solution supply portion to the internal conduits by the solution feed unit flows in all the flow paths of the internal conduits at a flow speed almost equal to that in the cleaning solution supply portion.

A cleaning degree suited to the endoscope is estimated by calculation based on a pressure value and a flow rate value which are measured, the diameter and the length of the conduit to be cleaned, and the cleaning profile.
