    摘要: A tripod joint has an outer joint part with three circumferentially distributed, axis-parallel recesses forming circumferentially distributed opposed tracks. An inner joint part has a star-shaped cross-section and three circumferentially distributed arms engaging the recesses in the outer joint part. The arms support roller assemblies. When torque is transmitted with the joint in an extended position, the resultant K.sub.1 of the forces acting from the inner joint part directly on a roller forms a shorter perpendicular distance from the joint axis than the resultant K.sub.2 of the counter forces acting from the outer joint part on the roller, so that, when torque is introduced into the joint, at any angle of articulation of the operating range, the roller is subject to a tilting moment.

    摘要: A single pass ink ribbon cassette for typewriters or like machines is designed to track ribbon extending between a supply and take-up spool in such a manner that text contained on used ribbon beyond a point of impression is rendered illegible. Used ribbon is rendered illegible in that upon its entry into the cassette, it is guided around a turn around roller for passage past the point of impression a second time before re-entry again into the cassette, and conducted via guide means for take-up by a driven take-up spool. Due to the fact that the ink ribbon is guided past the point of impression a second time, subsequent impressions on the used ribbon render the text from the used ribbon unreadable. In addition, in the zone of the turn around roller a scraper is provided for scraping the residual ink particles off the used ribbon before it is guided past the point of impression the second time.

    摘要: The invention describes a method for generating a shell mold for castings, in which the shell mold is described from a multiplicity of finite volume elements and/or surface elements which are connected to one another via node points and which together form a mesh points for describing the surface of the shell mold. First, the real surface geometry of the casting is recorded and generated in the form of a coherent base mesh. Then, an approximated simulation of the real surface geometry is complied by means of finite volume elements and/or surface elements. This is followed by the determination of in each case one shell node point for each node point contained in the base mesh and the generation of shell vectors and a new surface element which is positioned above each shell node point and in each case defines a volume element which, together with all the other newly formed volume elements, leads to a first layer of the shell mold. By means of iterative repetition of the last steps, a second and/or further layer of the shell mold is defined, until a desired, predetermined final thickness of the shell mold is reached.

    摘要: A tripod joint has an outer joint part with three circumferentially distributed, axis parallel recesses and an inner joint part. The inner joint part has a star-shaped cross-section with three circumferentially distributed arms which engage the recesses of the outer joint part. The roller assemblies are supported on the arms. Each roller assembly includes a roller carrier and a roller rotatably supported by a needle bearing on the roller carrier. The rollers are pivotably arranged relative to the respective arms so as to be axially and angularly movable relative to the arm axis. The rollers have running faces, which are loaded under torque transmission, and end or annular faces, which adjoin the running faces on the radial outside and inside with reference to the joint axis. The annular faces, in cross-section through the outer joint part, are complementary to the outer joint part, axially relative to the roller axis and supportingly, come to rest in and against the outer joint part recesses. The running faces of the rollers have the shape of spherical segments. In a cross-section, through the outer joint part, the tracks in the recesses have the shape of concave circular segments. With reference to the roller axis, mutual axial securing mechanisms, between each roller carrier and roller, are formed in both directions entirely by two securing rings.

A memory which contains external contacts and is capable of counting and storing values is provided from which base units can be subtracted by the control unit of the machine depending on the amount of ribbon advanced.
