    摘要： An apparatus for rolling and forming a food dough includes: a rolling roller configured to roll out a block of food dough placed on a table; and a frame unit having an inner circumferential surface configured to face the rolling roller. The rolling roller is configured to revolve around a revolving axis, and rotate around a rotation axis of the rolling roller. The rolling roller includes a first portion having a substantially conical or frustum shape extending in a rotation axial direction. The frame unit is provided outside of a revolving locus of the first portion of the rolling roller. The inner circumferential surface of the frame unit includes an upper side portion and a lower side portion that is farther from the revolving axis than the upper side portion with respect to the revolving radial direction.

    摘要： An object is to provide a food dough extending apparatus capable of adjusting a vertical position of an extending roller unit in an obliquely vertical direction in accordance with a thickness of food dough. A food dough apparatus includes an inclined transporting unit 7 inclined and configured to transport to-be-extended food dough 9 upward, a horizontal direction transporting unit 11 configured to transport the food dough 9 transported from the inclined transporting unit 7 in a horizontal direction, and an extending roller unit 13 provided above over an area from an upper end of the inclined transporting unit 7 to the horizontal direction transporting unit 11 and configured to extend the food dough 9. The extending roller unit 13 is vertically adjustable in a direction intersecting an inclination direction of the inclined transporting unit 7 and being upwardly inclined toward the inclined transporting unit 7. The extending roller unit 13 includes dust sealing mechanisms provided between ends of the extending rollers 79 and a pair of endless members 75, the dust sealing mechanism inhibiting circulation of air between rotation regions of extending rollers 79 and traveling regions of the pair of endless members 75.

The casing includes a third surface on which the keyboard unit is mounted, the third surface including an insertion or through hole into which the protrusion portion is insertable, the casing including an engagement protrusion provided at a position opposed to the engagement hole of the protrusion portion that is inserted into the through hole, the engagement protrusion being engaged with the engagement hole of the inserted protrusion portion when the keyboard unit is moved in the first direction. A method of assembling the keyboard is also described.

The control device searches each of the bio-item literature sets with the keyword to acquire the number (Nh) of literatures including the keyword for each of the bio-items, selects the bio-item in which the number-of-literatures Nh is 1 or larger as a candidate bio-item, creates, for each of the candidate bio-items, a number-of-literatures table constituted by any one or both of a) the number-of-literatures Nh, and b) the number of literatures each not including the keyword and including the bio-item name (the number of literatures in the bio-item literature set of the bio-item—Nh), calculates a correlation score between the bio-item and the keyword based on statistical calculation by using the number-of-literatures table for each of the candidate bio-items, and outputs the candidate bio-items to the output device based on the correlation score.
