    摘要: A pressure plate assembly for a friction clutch including a housing having an axis of rotation; a pressure plate mounted in the housing with freedom to move axially relative to the housing; a stored-energy element mounted in the housing and transmitting force along a path from the housing to the pressure plate; a wear-compensating device in the path of force transmission, which device has at least one adjusting element free to move in an adjusting direction to compensate for wear; and a clearance-producing arrangement having at least one gripping element, which is attached to the assembly upon which the stored-energy element acts via the wear-compensating device. The minimum of one gripping element has a blocking section, by means of which it can make blocking contact with a blocking element when wear occurs. The clearance-producing arrangement also includes an arresting element which can be shifted in an arresting direction when the gripping element comes into contact with the blocking element, thereby arresting the gripping element in the shifted position correlating with the amount of wear which has occurred. A transport-securing device prevents moving the adjusting element in the adjusting direction and/or moving the arresting element in the arresting direction prior to attaching the housing to the centrifugal mass.

    摘要: A friction clutch having a housing which is connectable with a flywheel of an internal combustion engine so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to the flywheel. A pressure plate is arranged in the housing and is acted upon by a spring for pressing a clutch disk provided with friction facings against the flywheel. A compensation device, that includes at least one element which is changeable along its axial dimension, serves to compensate for the change in position of the pressure plate brought about by wear of the friction facings. A feeler is arranged so that it cannot change position relative to the pressure plate. The contact pressing force of the spring acts on the pressure plate via the compensation device. The feeler is arranged in the housing and a spring, which is fastened to the pressure plate and exerts an axial force on the compensation device, contacts the feeler at its free end.

    摘要: A system for engaging or disengaging a friction clutch has at least one drive, which drive is connected to an energy accumulator and is intended to move against the force of a spring mechanism of a friction clutch. The system can have at least one adjusting mechanism for the drive to compensate for the axial shift resulting from the change in position of the spring mechanism due to wear on the friction clutch. This adjusting mechanism can include an actuating mechanism connected to the transfer element. The actuating mechanism can be moved in the direction of motion of the drive, and can include a retaining mechanism which restricts the extension of the actuating mechanism by means of a stop. The retaining mechanism, by means of a retaining force, secures the orientation of the stroke of the actuating mechanism against an axial displacement until an axial shift occurs due to wear of the friction clutch. When there is wear to the friction clutch, a reduction in the force of the spring mechanism can result, which force acts against the actuation force applied by the energy accumulator, since the force of the spring mechanism is reduced, a resulting axial force arises which exceeds the magnitude of the retaining force and an adjustment for the wear can thus be made.

Distributed in the circumferential direction, a plurality of play transfer devices (37) is axially movably guided and arrested (for example by self-locking). The play transfer devices (37) rest against the flywheel (1) of the clutch housing (9) fixedly connected therewith and have levers (43) which limit the maximal wear compensation path of the compensating member (31). In this manner a wear compensation, which is independent of possible wear compensation mechanism of a hydraulic clutch disengagement system, takes place within the clutch. In addition, the diaphragm spring (13) of the proposed pressure plate arrangement retains its original position in relation to the flywheel (1) or the clutch housing (9), regardless of a possible wear compensation.
