摘要: A fluorescent compound is made from the reaction of naphthoyl chloride and a cardiac glycoside derived from serum or plasma. The method of carrying out the reaction provides a product which allows for a 100-fold increase in sensitivity when the product is subjected to chromatographic analysis according to the described apparatus.
