摘要： A grab handle mounting assembly securable to a mounting surface includes a first mounting arm assembly securable to a mounting surface. The first mounting arm assembly defines a first male pin. A second mounting arm assembly is securable to a mounting surface and defines a second male pin. The assembly further includes a first tube having first and second open ends, wherein the first male pin is mateable within the first open end of the first tube and the second male pin is mateable within the second open end of the first tube. When the first and second mounting arm assemblies are secured to a mounting surface with the first and second male pins mated with the first and second open ends of the first tube, the first and second mounting arm assemblies impose a torsional force on the first tube.

Preferably, the computer system includes a wire harnesses including a network cable for connecting a network to the bracket assembly's input port, a relay cable for connecting the bracket assembly's output port to the computer's network port and a manual switch. Instead of network communications being transmitted directly from the network to the network port, the signals are rerouted through the bracket assembly's input port, manual switch and output port, and then routed to the computer's network port. Access to the network is then controlled by simple manual manipulation of a button, toggle or knob to create an open or closed circuit.

摘要： The invention relates to an aqueous two phase extraction (ATPE) augmented precipitation process, which may be used to recover and also partially purify therapeutic proteins, including monoclonal antibodies from a crude multi-component mixture. The process involves the formation of a forward extraction PEG-Phosphate ATPE system in which the target product is preferentially partitioned to the polymer rich phase. A second ATPE back extraction system is then formed by introducing the polymer rich phase from the forward extraction to a new phosphate salt rich phase, causing the product to precipitate at the interface between the two phases. This precipitate is then recovered and resolubilised in a suitable buffer and may be passed on for further purification.
