摘要： A removable mount for mounting an electronic system component on a forklift includes, in one embodiment, a mounting plate having a major surface for mounting the electronic system component and an inverted J-shaped part located at a top portion of the mounting plate. The inverted J-shaped part is adapted for mounting the mounting plate on an unmodified original equipment manufacture (OEM) carriage of the forklift or an unmodified OEM sideshifter of the forklift. The mounting plate also has a slot to accommodate a fastener for anchoring the mounting plate to the unmodified OEM carriage or to the unmodified OEM sideshifter.

摘要： The thermal circuit breaker and switch has fixed and movable contacts, and non-conductive contact and trip actuators. The movable contact is provided on the free end of a lever arm that normally biases the movable contact toward its open position. The contact actuator transfers movement from a rocker or operator to the movable contact arm when no overload condition exists. The trip actuator is L shaped and rotates in a socket when engaged by a thermally sensitive bi-metallic element so as to allow one end of the contact actuator to float freely, allowing the movable contact arm's bias to open the circuit. The bi-metallic element is so positioned as to engage and rotate the trip actuator only when the bi-metallic element is deformed due to an overheat condition that occurs with an overcurrent. A compression spring acts between the upstanding legs of the trip actuator and the underside of the rocker thus biasing the rocker to the `off` position and biasing the trip actuator to the `reset` position. The rocker employs hooks or posts to engage and position the contact actuator to the reset position after being tripped or manually switched off.

摘要： A single pole electrical switch of relatively thin overall dimension has a rocker provided on an off center axis in the circuit breaker housing, which rocker is adapted to slide a moveable contact across the upper ends of the fixed contacts to achieve opening and closing of these contacts. The moveable contact in the off position is spaced from one of the end walls of the switch case housing to allow provision for a third fixed terminal in a stepped portion of the bottom wall. The upper end of this third terminal is located in close proximity to the rocker so as to afford electrical connection with a resistor or other component of the lamp circuitry provided in the rocker.

摘要： A "center-off" rocker/actuator switch has cooperating contact lever and actuator pin surfaces that obviate the need for a yoke on the center fixed contact to support the contact lever in its center position. The pin has an enlarged head at its inner end to engage the lever at one or two spaced locations to so support the lever in its center position. A momentary "on" versions has steeply inclined regions of the contact lever on at least one side of the center pivot area thereof, and two progressive "on" versions are disclosed, one with upturned marginal edge portions on the contact lever that cooperate with the pins unique head configuration to permit holding the contact lever "on" in the neutral or "center-off" position for the actuator. The second progressive "on" switch has two "center-off" type contact levers and uniquely shaped pins designed to hold these contact levers in oppositely oriented limit positions when the actuator is centered.

摘要： A rocker switch housing has an upwardly open base, and a recessed cover secured to the base and defining a central upstanding boss for pivotally receiving an actuator. Aligned openings in the side walls of the recessed cover pivotally receive a manually movable rocker. The rocker is connected to the actuator, and loosely received in the recess, having a rectangular shape similar to that of the recess. The rocker may optionally have one or more transparent panels to provide light from one or more small lamps mounted in small openings in the recess of the cover to provide an indication of circuit condition. The two-part housing provides an environmentally sealed space for the switch contacts and for the electrical connection to the lamp.

摘要： A shielded contact slide switch is disclosed having two plastic dielectric parts, one of which parts houses the fixed electrical contacts, and the other of which parts moves relative to it and houses the bridging contact. Mating surfaces of the two parts are designed to seal off the contacts from environmental effects, and the actuator is defined on the movable part and has projecting portions to overlie a cavity or recess in the fixed part housing the fixed contacts regardless of switch position. The movable part also has projecting ears extending laterally into the side walls of the fixed part to restrict the sliding part to movement as dictated by the relative locations for the fixed and movable bridging contact. A spring return single pole double throw switch is disclosed but in place of the return spring another pole might be provided.

摘要： The circuit protector and switch has fixed and movable contacts. The movable contact is provided on the free end of a lever that is made in part from a bi-metallic element. Normally, this lever serves to open or close the contacts as a rocker is moved between "ON" and "OFF" positions. The rocker is biased toward its "OFF" position and has a fixed post that engages the contact lever at least in the "ON" position. The bi-metallic element changes shape to open the contacts in response to an overcurrent/overheat condition.

摘要： A split switch case has a base and a mounting bracket fitted thereto. The top wall of the latter has a lateral rib defining sockets for receiving shoulder portions of the actuator. Plungers in the actuator can bottom out to break free the switch contacts should they fuse together. The rocker has a unique shape and is coupled to the actuator for positive pivotal movement on a lateral axis defined by surfaces in the rocker and in the mounting bracket's top wall rib. In the illuminated switch shown, the lamp circuit has at least one lead provided in a slot defined inside the mounting bracket. The lamp can be mounted in the mounting bracket either from above or from below, two depending legs will accommodate a conventional LED from either direction.

摘要： An electric rocker switch has a thermally responsive movable contact element that is mechanically closed against the fixed contact, but moves by bimetallic thermal action to open when an overcurrent condition exists. A trip flag also moves between the open contacts whenever the switch rocker is moved to OFF, and will remain in this position even if the rocker is held ON, if the bimetallic element has caused the flag to move between the contacts. Trip-free operation is thereby achieved. A spring acts on the trip flag to provide a positive snap action as the flag moves between the contacts. The same spring holds the rocker ON, and serves to hold the flag lightly against the movable contact in the switch ON condition.
