    摘要： A detergent composition comprising i) 1-70% of an anionic or nonionic surfactant, ii) 1-75% of a builder, iii) 0.001-5% of at least one compound of Formula (1) wherein R represents a C1-C4alkyl residue and M represents hydrogen or an alkali metal cation, optionally with further FWA's, iv) 0-30% of a peroxide, v) 0-10% of a peroxide activator, vi) 0-5% of a bleaching catalyst and vii) 0-5% of an enzyme, each component by weight, based on the total weight of the detergent composition, use thereof for domestic washing of textile fibre materials and a process for the fluorescent whitening of textile materials.

    摘要： The use of liposomogenic UV absorbers for protecting human hair from the damaging effect of UV radiation is described. The liposomogenic UV absorbers comprise a hydrophilic head group (=Z), a spacer (=W), a UV chromophore (Q) having an absorption in the range from 285 to 400 nm and at least one hydrophobic tail group (=A). They have the formula ##STR1## in which A.sub.1 and A.sub.2 independently of one another are a hydrophobic radical;Q is a UV chromophore;W is an organic radical;Z.sub.1 and Z.sub.2 independently of one another are a hydrophilic radical; n.sub.1 and n.sub.2 independently of one another are a number from 0 to 4, where n.sub.1 =n.sub.2 = is not included;p is 1 or 2;q is a number from 0 to 3;r.sub.1 is 1 or 2;r.sub.2 is 0 or 1; ands.sub.1 is a number from 1 to 3.The liposomogenic UV absorbers are capable of self-organization into bimolecular layers, and can as a result penetrate into the stratum corneum to a high degree and are extremely resistant to washing out there.

    摘要： The invention relates to a composition for optical brightening of substrates suitable for ink jet printing, comprising a) a fluorescent whitening agent of the formula (1): wherein X1, X2, X3 and X4 each, independent of the other, represent —NR1 R2 or —OR3, wherein R, and R2 are, independently of each other, hydrogen, cyano, a C,-C4alkyl group, which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two of the following residues selected from the group consisting of C,-C4alkoxy, hydroxy, carboxyl or a salt thereof (—CO2M), cyano, carbonamido, thiol, guanidine, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, unsubstituted or C.-C4alkyl-substituted C5C8cycloalkyl, halogen, a heterocycle and a sulphonic acid residue and wherein the carbon chain of an alkyl group having two, three or four carbon atoms can be interrupted by oxygen, or, alternatively, a C5-C7cycloalkyl group or R, and R2, together with the nitrogen atom linking them, complete a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring; R3 represents C,-C4represents H, Na, Li, K, Ca, Mg, ammonium, or ammonium that is mono-, di-, tri- or tetrasubstituted by C1-C4alkyl and/or C2-C4hydroxyalkyl or mixtures of fluorescent whitening agents of formula (1); b) a catatonic polymer; c) water and, optionally least one pigment and/or at least one further auxiliary, methods of use of the composition and substrates that have been treated therewith.
