摘要： There is provided a device for cutting large blocks of sod into either strips or small blocks suitable for planting. The device includes first and second spaced cutting mechanisms to sever the large sod blocks along lines parallel and transverse to the path of sod movement through the device. With both of the cutting mechanisms operative, small sod blocks are discharged from the machine. In order to discharge sod strips, means are provided to disable one of the cutting mechanisms.
