    摘要: Disclosed is a motor control method for an electric-powered vehicle (1), which is designed to switch an output characteristic of an electric motor (5) for rotatably driving a driving wheel (16) of the vehicle (1), between a low-speed mode adaptable to a relatively low rotation speed operation region and a high-speed mode adaptable to a relatively high rotation speed operation region, on the basis of a given switching rotation speed (Nt) as a threshold. The motor control method comprises a vehicle-turning information acquisition step (S1, S2) of acquiring information about a turning movement of the vehicle (1), a vehicle-turning determination step (S5, S9, S14, S18) of determining whether the vehicle (1) is in a non-straight-ahead traveling state, based on the information acquired in the vehicle-turning information acquisition step, and a shift step (S6, S10, S15, S19) of, if the determination in the vehicle-turning determination step is made that the vehicle is in the non-straight-ahead traveling state, shifting the switching rotation speed (Nt) to a value different from that in a straight-ahead traveling state of the vehicle. The motor control method of the present invention can prevent a behavior of the vehicle (1) from becoming unstable when the output characteristic of the electric motor (5) for rotatably driving the driving wheel (16) is switched between the low-speed mode and the high-speed mode.

    摘要: A compressor has an electric motor element section having a rotor and a stator provided on the outer peripheral side of the rotor. An oil separation plate is installed on an upper end surface of the rotor with an end plate in between. The end plate is provided with a projection. Through-holes in which the projection is fitted are provided in the oil separation plate as a separate plate member installed on the end plate. Portions of the projection that project from the through holes of the oil separation plate are crushed to integrate the oil separation plate and the end plate. A recess is provided in the upper face of the projection, and the recess allows deformation, at the time of the crush, of the projecting portions of the projection.

    摘要: An electric motor stator has a stator core and a plurality of windings wound around teeth of the stator core. Each of the windings has two tooth winding portions with a crossover wire extending therebetween. Each of the windings starts from a neutral wire and winds around a first tooth to form a first tooth winding portion and then winds around an opposed tooth to form a second tooth winding portion with the crossover wire extending as a power wire. Thus the second tooth winding portion is started from the power wire. A terminal end of the second tooth winding portion is drawn out and connected to the neutral wire. The stator core has an insulator having support portions for preventing the tooth winding portions from falling outwards. The power wire is held between the tooth winding portion and a slot bottom so as to be fixed.
