Abstract: A dispenser for carrying bags from a roll-wound or layer-packed continuous strip form supply, presenting ready for the user a single bag pendent from a mouth device, which is shiftable upon tearing off a bag to initiate automatic feed of a bag length of the strip by strip embracing drive rollers. With bags having grip holes, feed rollers cooperating also as normally closed switch contacts, in sensing arrival of a hole, determine the feed of a bag length for terminating a feed cycle. Small front space is required by the mouth device in store display areas.
