摘要： A steel structure including pre-stressing brackets for improving load-carrying capacity and serviceability comprises: a steel girder; a plurality of connecting brackets connected to the bottom surface of the steel girder spaced and apart from one; and a cover plate connected to the bottom surfaces of the connecting brackets. Since the cover plate is installed regardless of the connecting portion of the steel girder, pre-stressing section can be consecutively formed therefore pre-stress effect is improved. Moreover, since the connecting brackets space the cover plate a constant distance from the steel girder, the moment of inertia is increased so the span of a bridge might be increased.

摘要： An apparatus and method are provided for stopping iterative decoding in a channel decoder of a mobile communication system. Constituent decoding of received signals is performed and decoded signals are output. Hard decision processes for the decoded signals are performed and hard-decided signals are output. The hard-decided signals are cyclic redundancy check (CRC) encoded, and a determination is made as to whether the parities are identical and iterative decoding is stopped according to a determination result.

摘要： A decoding apparatus and method in a BWA communication system are provided, in which an ID-based decoder controller detects an ID from a data block by partially decoding the data block, and if the ID indicates that the data block is not for the receiver, outputs a control signal commanding non-decoding for the data block, a bitmap table controller indicates the data block as a non-decoding data block in a bitmap table according to the control signal, and a decoder distinguishes data blocks to be decoded from non-decoding data blocks based on the bitmap table, decodes the data blocks to be decoded and outputs the decoded data blocks, and simply outputs the non-decoding data blocks without decoding.

摘要： A low density parity check (LDPC) code generating method and apparatus are provided. A parity check matrix with (N−K) rows for check nodes and N columns for variable nodes are formed to encode an information sequence of length K to a codeword of length N. The parity check matrix is divided into an information part matrix with K columns and a parity part matrix with (N−k) columns. The parity part is divided into P×P subblocks. P is a divisor of (N−K). First and second diagonals are defined in the parity part matrix and the second diagonal is a shift of the first diagonal by f subblocks. Shifted identity matrices are placed on the first and second diagonals and zero matrices are filled elsewhere. An odd number of delta matrices each having only one element of 1 are placed in one subblock column of the parity part matrix. The parity check matrix is stored.

The bracket structure includes an affixing bracket and a pre-stressing steel plate. The affixing bracket comprises a holding member connected to a bottom of the concrete structure using an anchor bolt, and a support member connected to the holding member and forming a channel to increase the moment of inertia of area of the concrete structure. The pre-stressing steel plate is connected to the support member of the affixing bracket, and applies stress to the concrete structure.
