    摘要: When the impact resistant resin composition comprising a graft polymer in which an aromatic alkenyl compound and an alkenyl cyanide compound are grafted on a rubbery polymer, and a matrix consisting essentially of an aromatic alkenyl compound-alkenyl cyanide compound copolymer satisfies the following conditions, the composition has an improved vacuum formability and the molded articles obtained by vacuum-forming the same have smaller variations in thickness at any given area and there is a smaller reduction of strength due to contact with foamed polyurethane:(1) the proportion of the rubbery polymer in said impact resistant resin composition is 10-30% by weight,(2) the graft polymer has a degree of grafting of 70-120% by weight,(3) the matrix has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.55-0.80 dl/g as measured at 30.degree. C. in methyl ethyl ketone, and(4) the weight ratio of the aromatic alkenyl compound to the alkenyl cyanide compound in the impact resistant resin composition is in the range of 2.0-2.8. When said resin composition contains further 0.01-2.0% by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 5-100,000 centistokes at 25.degree. C. and/or 0.1-3% by weight of a metal salt of a fatty acid, its ability to maintain the strength upon contact with foamed polyurethane is enhanced.

    摘要: A process for producing a thermoplastic resin by polymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of an unsaturated nitrile monomer and an alkenyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer latex, characterized in that(a) at first, a monomer mixture having an unsaturated nitrile monomer content of 0 to 20 weight % is polymerized in an amount of 30 to 70 weight % based on the amount of the whole monomer mixture,(b) subsequently, the residual monomer mixture having an unsaturated nitrile monomer content of 35 to 90 weight % is polymerized, and the unsaturated nitrile monomer content in the polymer part formed by polymerization in said (a) and (b) steps is 28 to 38 weight %. The thermoplastic resin obtained according to this process has a high chemical resistance, an excellent impact resistance and an excellent processability.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising(A) 1-90% by weight of a polyamide elastomer and(B) 99-10% by weight of at least one of the following (a) and (b):(a) a rubber-modified thermoplastic styrene resin consisting of a rubber-modified styrene polymer containing a hydroxyl group-containing alkenyl monomer as a copolymerized component or a mixture of rubber-modified styrene polymer with a styrene polymer, in which mixture at least one of these polymers contains a hydroxyl group-containing alkenyl monomer as a copolymerized component,(b) a mixture or reaction product of (1) 40-99% by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane with (2) 60-1% by weight of a functional group-containing styrene resin in which a styrene resin is copolymerized with an unsaturated compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, an epoxy group and a hydroxyl group.The above thermoplastic resin composition has a permanent antistatic property and is superior in mechanical properties, heat resistance during molding, moldability and surface appearance.

    摘要: A flame retardant resin composition including the following components (A), (B) and (C) in the ratio (A):(B):(C)=15-99:0-84:1-30% by weight; and wherein the molar ratio of bromine atom and antimony atom is 1.2-4.5:1. Component B is a bromine-containing copolymer obtained by the polymerization of 5-50% by weight of bromostyrene and 95-50% by weight of one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, cyanated vinyl monomers, (meth)acrylic acid ester monomers, maleic anhydride, and maleimide monomers.
