    摘要: A film sheet for area-focusing of sunlight and a greenhouse provided with the same are provided. A film sheet includes i) a film having a rectangular shape, and ii) a plurality of prism assemblies formed on one surface of the film to extend in one direction. At least one prism assembly of the plurality of prism assemblies includes i) at least one first prism unit including a plurality of first prisms with slanted angles that are substantially the same as each other, and ii) at least one second prism unit neighboring the first prism unit and including a plurality of second prisms with slanted angles that are substantially the same as each other. The width of the first prism unit is substantially the same as the width of the second prism unit and a slanted angle of one first prism among the plurality of first prisms is different from a slanted angle of one second prism among the plurality of second prisms, and light entering the prism assembly is configured to be area-focused.

    摘要: The present invention provides a diagnostic apparatus using a microphone. More specifically, the diagnostic apparatus utilizes a first microphone, a second microphone, a first unit, a controller and second unit. The first microphone is positioned within an engine compartment and the second microphone is positioned within an interior of a vehicle to receive the noise. The second unit records the noise inputted through the first microphone or the second microphone or both and the controller analyzes and diagnoses a vehicle utilizing the noise recorded by the first unit to determine if a failure in the vehicle has occurred. When a vehicle failure is detected by the controller, the second unit then notifies a user of the location of a failed part in the vehicle.

The main idea and technology of this invention suggest higher secure and efficient digital information protection system for live/VOD/HTTP streaming and download service.

    摘要: Provided is a method of fabricating a heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT). The method includes: sequentially depositing a sub-collector layer, a collector layer, a base layer, an emitter layer, and an emitter capping layer on a substrate; forming an emitter electrode on the emitter capping layer; forming a mesa type emitter to expose the base layer by sequentially etching the emitter capping layer and the emitter layer using the emitter electrode as an etch mask in vertical and negative-sloped directions to the substrate, respectively; and forming a base electrode on the exposed base layer using the emitter electrode as a mask in self-alignment with the emitter electrode. In this method, a distance between the mesa type emitter and the base electrode can be minimized and reproducibly controlled. Also, a self-aligned device with an excellent high-frequency characteristic can be embodied.

The HMDS supplying apparatus includes a carrier gas supplier for supplying a carrier gas for HMDS; a container connected to the carrier gas supplier adapted for containing HMDS therein; a flowmeter for controlling the amount of flowing HMDS supplied together with the carrier gas from the container; and an HMDS processor for depositing HMDS supplied via the flowmeter on the surface of a wafer; wherein the apparatus further includes: an indicator for indicating the level of HMDS in the flowmeter; and an optical sensing device having an optical source and an optical sensor, for controlling the flow of HMDS by sensing whether the indicator is located at an optimum position.

The gate driver receives a first scan start signal, a second scan start signal and clock signals and outputs a gate-on voltage to each of the plurality of gate lines. The gate driver outputs the gate-on voltage to the plurality of gate lines such that the gate-on voltages do not overlap with each other when the gate driver receives the first scan start signal. The gate driver outputs the gate-on voltage to at least two of the gate lines at substantially the same time when the gate driver receives the second scan start signal.
