    摘要: Disclosed is an antenna using a reactive element that is capable of individually controlling the respective resonance frequencies and resonance bandwidths. The antenna includes a radiator electrically coupled with a feeding point, a first reactive element electrically coupling a first point and a second point of the radiator, and a second reactive element electrically coupling a third point and a fourth point of the radiator. Here, the reactive elements are each coupled to the radiator in parallel, and because of the reactive elements, the antenna is made to have higher-order resonance frequencies that are not integer multiple in relation to a fundamental resonance frequency.

    摘要: A linear amplification with nonlinear components (LINC) power transmitter is provided. The LINC power transmitter includes a digital signal processing unit which controls the LINC power transmitter; a frequency modulation unit which modulates or converts a digital signal output from the digital signal processing unit into a radio-frequency (RF) signal; a signal amplification unit which amplifies the RF signal output from the frequency modulation unit using a gain amplifier and a power amplification module; and a direct current/direct current (DC/DC) conversion unit which controls bias of the power amplification module. Here, the DC/DC conversion unit controls a base bias and/or a collect bias of the power amplification module, and the power amplification module operates in saturation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to absolute distance measurement method and system using an optical frequency generator. The absolute distance measurement method using the optical frequency generator includes (a) generating a plurality of different stabilized wavelengths by using the optical frequency generator; (b) obtaining an initial estimation value of a distance to be measured by using a frequency sweeping interferometer; (c) analyzing an uncertainty range of the obtained initial estimation value; (d) measuring excess fraction parts of the different wavelengths by analyzing interference signals for each of the wavelengths; (e) determining integer parts for each of the different wavelengths within the uncertainty range of the initial estimation value; and (f) measuring an absolute distance to be measured by using the excess fraction part and the integer parts for each of the different wavelengths.

    摘要: A diode circuit having a passive element property, and an impedance modulator and a direct current (DC) source that use the diode circuit are provided. The diode circuit includes a first diode that generates a predetermined DC and alternating currents (AC) when a radio frequency (RF) signal is applied; and a DC path that is connected in parallel to the first diode, forms a predetermined loop and circulates the DC current within the loop. The DC path includes an inductor or an LC parallel resonator. The DC path includes a second diode that is disposed in the opposite direction to the first diode and connected to the first diode in parallel. The present invention can relieve difficulty in designing an RF circuit.

The broadband light source includes a semiconductor optical amplifier for generating and amplifying light of a broadband wavelength, the amplifier having a first end and a second end and a mirror spaced from the second end of the semiconductor optical amplifier to reflect the light, which is provided by the semiconductor optical amplifier, back to the semiconductor optical amplifier, wherein the semiconductor optical amplifier amplifies the light reflected from the mirror and outputs the amplified light to the first end of the semiconductor optical amplifier. The light source further including at least one lens system to converge light passing through the amplifier ends.
