    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a building material, three-dimensional data on a surface pattern selected are obtained and stored, an image based on two-dimensional data of the three-dimensional data is displayed on a screen, and shaped, and an image which is obtained by adding height data of the three-dimensional data to the image thus shaped is displayed on the screen, and evaluated, pieces extracted from the image thus evaluated are shaped and arranged at predetermined positions, the height data of the pieces thus arranged is cut to a predetermined value thereby to process a miniature size model image, the miniature size model image is displayed on the screen, and evaluated, the miniature size model selected through evaluation is arranged at predetermined positions to process a full size model image, a building material model is formed according to the three-dimensional data of the full size model, and evaluated, a metal mold is formed according to three-dimensional data corresponding to the building material model thus evaluated, and a building material is formed by use of the metal mold.

A sealed contact device includes a housing including a container body having an open end portion, the container body being made of ceramic, a metal lid connected to the open end portion to form a gastight space, a stationary contact and a movable contact disposed in the container body, and a sealed vent portion formed in the metal lid, in which the sealed vent portion is formed by sealing a vent hole formed in the metal lid after exhausting a gas in the gastight space and supplying a desired gas into the gastight space, via the vent hole.

    摘要: A process of debinding a powder compact formed from a mixture of a sinterable powder and an organic binder utilizes a furnace for heating therein the powder compact at a pressure lower than an atmospheric pressure in order to remove an excess amount of the organic binder. A control is made to vary the furnace pressure and/or a heating rate in accordance with a monitored parameter so as to effectively and successfully removed an excess amount of the organic binder which would cause an unacceptable defect in a finished product. The parameter is selected as indicative of a condition of the furnace or a cracked gas being generated by decomposition of the organic binder, and includes, for example, a furnace temperature, density, volume, or the other measurable characteristics of the cracked gas.
