摘要: A communications device transmits data in preconfigured resources of an uplink of a wireless communications network by performing a procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink, and if the communications device determines that it can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources, transmitting signals representing the data in the preconfigured resources. The procedure to determine whether the communications device can transmit signals in the preconfigured resources of the uplink includes a transmission parameter confirmation procedure which confirms that a value of one or more transmission parameters to be used for transmitting the signals representing the data can be used for the signals representing the data to be detected by an infrastructure equipment of the wireless communications network.

The method comprises sending, from the seller device (10) to a server (20), data pertaining to an offer (12), the data pertaining to the offer including an identification of the seller device (10); storing the data pertaining to the offer (12) in a memory of the server (20), the memory being configured to store data pertaining to at least one offer from a at least one seller device; sending, from the buyer device (30) to the server (20), a request (32) for a list of nearby seller devices; at the server (20), compiling, from the data pertaining to the at least one offer stored in the memory, the list of nearby seller devices, by identifying one or more seller devices being positioned in proximity of a position of the buyer device (30), the list of nearby seller devices comprising the data pertaining to the offers of the identified one or more seller devices; sending, from the server (20) to the buyer device (30), the list of nearby seller devices; and sending, from the buyer device (30) to at least one of the seller devices (10) of the list of nearby seller devices, a connection request (36) for connecting the buyer device (30) to the at least one of the seller devices (10), thereby enabling the buyer device (30) to send and receive data via the seller device (10).

摘要: A terminal device and a method of operating a terminal device in a wireless communication network. The method comprises establishing, by the terminal device, a first radio connection with a first network access node for transmission of data via a first bearer and a second radio connection with the first network access node for transmission of data via a second bearer. Based on a difference between quality of service for the data transmission via the first bearer and the second bearer, a third radio connection is established between the terminal device and a second network access node for transmission of the data via the first bearer; and the third radio connection is established between the terminal device and the second network access node, a fourth radio connection is established between the terminal device and the second network access node for transmission of the data via the second bearer.

After the communications device has entered an inactive connected state, the infrastructure equipment transmits control signals including the radio network identifier for allocating communications resources of the wireless access interface for the communications device to receive downlink data, determine whether the communications device is still within a radio coverage area of the infrastructure equipment, and if the communications device has left the coverage area, transmit an indication to the one or more other infrastructure equipment via the inter-connecting interface to trigger a process for transmitting downlink data to the communications device from the one or more other infrastructure equipment.

摘要: Pulse signal transmission, such as radar pulses or the like are used in a high frequency mobile communication network as a means for determining or assisting in determining the likely presence of User Equipment (UE) and/or tracking UE in a predetermined area. As a result of determining the likely presence of UE and/or tracking UE, such information may be used to expedite either a handover or establish re-connection within the communication network. In this regard, more targeted beam sweeps or more frequent sweeps can be made in the direction where the UE has been determined to likely be present in order to hasten the establishment of the communication link between the targeted transmission point, such as a Base Station (BS) or the like, or reconnection to the existing transmission point.
