    摘要： A valve system enables use of a standard single line faucet with a water treatment system, protects water treatment systems and other fluid flow devices from unnecessary fluid pressure, and regulates or prevents fluid flow to a dispenser or outlet in response to a particular event, such as a leak. The valve system includes a housing having ports for: (1) receiving a supply fluid, (2) supplying the fluid to a device, such as a water treatment system, (3) receiving the fluid from the device and (4) supplying fluid to a dispenser. The valve system also includes an automatic shutoff device within the housing that prevents water from flowing into the housing and the water treatment system when the dispensing outlet is closed and that allows water to flow through the housing and into the water treatment system when the outlet is open. The valve system may also include a second actuator connected to the automatic shutoff that is capable of moving the automatic shutoff to a partially or fully closed position.

    摘要： A reverse osmosis system includes a sediment filter which cleans feed water from a source and from which that feed water is fed to a reverse osmosis membrane filter. Permeate from the latter is fed to a bladder within a storage tank. Concentrate from the membrane filter is fed to and used within the storage tank as squeeze water for the bladder. When a faucet that delivers permeate to the user is open, squeeze water is used to cause permeate to flow out of the storage tank through an impurity filter to supply the faucet. A valve unit is included to control the amount of squeeze water fed to the storage tank and to regulate permeate flow so that the water outletted from the faucet remains at a constant pressure and provides relief as against overpressure in the system. A proportioning valve within the valve unit serves to maintain at all times a constant ratio of concentrate to permeate flow through the membrane filter for adequate cleansing of the membrane. Also included are input-side and output-side flow monitors which provide signals to a processor that serves to indicate the status of filter conditions. There also is an advantageous faucet assembly for controlling the delivery of permeate to the user with flexibility and convenience.

The finger may extend from a base portion, and the base portion may be configured to attach to a particular structure on the motor. For example, the base portion may include a receptacle that receives a mounting post on the motor, and the finger may extend from the base to fit between a ledge on the stator and the upper surface of the rotor. The finger prevents further insertion of the stator into the rotor.

    摘要： A cooking vessel with a selectively configurable condensation collector. In one configuration, the condensation collector collects condensation impeding it from reaching the content of the cooking vessel. In another configuration, condensation is allowed to reach the content of the cooking vessel. A movable reservoir can be configured to either be flush with the lid preventing condensation from reaching the reservoir or configured to form a gap between the reservoir wall and the lid so that condensation can collect in the reservoir. Alternatively, a condensation collector can be detachably connected to a cooking vessel lid so that when it is attached condensation collects and when it is detached condensation reaches the content of the vessel. Alternatively, a condensation collector can be permanently attached to a replacement cooking vessel lid that is swappable with a conventional cooking vessel lid.
