摘要: The present invention is directed to a syringe filling station that can fill a syringe with a specified volume of fluid. In one embodiment, the syringe filling station comprises a reservoir attachment, a fluid delivery system, a syringe retaining guide, and a pump to move fluid from a reservoir to a syringe. The fluid delivery system may comprise a sterile consumable cartridge that is insertable into the filling station and defines a fluid pathway from a reservoir to a syringe. The syringe filling station may also include a user interface. An operator can input commands into the user interface to specify the amount of fluid to dispense into the syringe. The user interface may be connected to a processor that controls the rate of pumping and thereby can fill a syringe with a desired amount of fluid. The filling station may also include sensors that detect air in the tubing, depletion of the reservoir, among other things.

摘要: A system for defining objects within a database is disclosed. The system includes an inventory identification application that generates an inventory identifier. The inventory identifier being a reference saved to the database that specifies characteristics of data within an inventory unit. A publisher using the inventory identifier application defines the specific characteristics and the inventory identifier application generates code. The publishers use the generated code within a website to recall the inventory identifier that is saved in the database. The system also includes a server system that receives a request to recall the inventory identifier. The request is the result of execution of the generated code when the website is accessed by a user. The request is fulfilled by accessing the inventory identifier at the database and matching data within the inventory unit based on the stored characteristics within the inventory identifier.

摘要: The invention provides a lawn cutting device utilizing high-tech, lightweight bicycle parts, low-friction bearing assemblies, air-filled bicycle-type tires and a double-overdrive gearing system. The device has a body portion, handlebar, a blade assembly, and a variety of combination of wheel gears, gear rings, and chains, which result in a device which a blade assembly which moves at extremely rapid speeds, powered by the rotation of the wheels. Because of its reliance on low-friction bearings, a minimal amount of force exerted on the wheels is transformed in an extremely efficient manner into the rotation of the blade assembly, resulting in an environmentally friendly, energy efficient cutting device that avoids the pollution, inefficiency, and strain associated with traditional gas, electric, and human-powered lawnmowers.

摘要: A method, computer program product, and a data processing system for maintaining operation of the data processing system in the event of a degraded system cooling condition is provided. A first temperature of a processor is identified as equaling or exceeding a processor throttling threshold. The operational frequency of the processor is reduced by a first frequency increment. The operational voltage of the processor is then reduced by a first voltage increment. Updated values of the processor temperature are periodically obtained and continued reductions in the frequency and operational voltage are made until the temperature indicates that the processor is operating in a stable throttle range. The frequency and operational voltage of the processor may be returned to normal levels when an updated temperature of the processor is less or equal to a throttle off threshold.
