A method of forming a piezoelectric resonant device having a piezoelectric resonator is provided. The method offers a plan for increasing the electrical characteristics of the piezoelectric resonator by ensuring a green substrate having a desired thickness from a green body. According to the method, two green bodies are prepared. Green substrates are formed by sequentially performing sintering and grinding processes on the green bodies. Internal and external substrate electrode patterns are formed on facing surfaces between the green substrates and opposite surfaces to the facing surfaces. An adhesive agent is formed on the facing surfaces between the green substrates. A piezoelectric resonant pattern is formed by cutting the green substrates. A piezoelectric resonator is formed by disposing respective connection electrodes on both sides of the piezoelectric resonant pattern.

Novel Saccharomyces Cerevisiae mutant strains are provided for producing human parathyroid hormone. The novel strains acre genetically disrupted in at least one of the genes encoding the yapsin family of proteases Yapsin 1, Yapsin 2 and Yapsin 3 and harbor a human parathyroid hormone gene in their genomes. Culturing the novel strains results in the secretion of intact hPTH into culture media at high yield.

A method of forming a piezoelectric resonator having a resonation structure is provided. According to the method, it is possible to simplify a manufacturing process of the piezoelectric resonator and raise the yield of the resonation structure from a green body in the manufacturing process. The method includes preparing a base structure, a protection structure, and a green body. The green body has polarized electrodes on selected two different surfaces, respectively. The green body has crystals having polarization axes aligned parallel to each other toward a predetermined direction. Resonant plates are formed by cutting the green body and the polarized electrodes to a predetermined width. Resonant electrodes are formed on the resonant plates. Resonation structures are formed by cutting the resonant electrodes and the resonant plates. Finally, a piezoelectric resonator is formed by interposing the resonation structure between the protection structure and the base structure.
