摘要： The present invention provides curable compositions that are substantially free of metal catalysts including both tin and non-tin metal catalysts. The curable compositions employ a catalyst system comprising the combination of a carboxylic acid, an amino-containing adhesion promoter or a mixture of amine-containing adhesion promoters and an amino-containing siloxane. The combination of these materials accelerates the condensation curing of moisture curable silicones/non-silicones even in the absence of a metal-based catalyst.

The self-lubricating component comprises a polymer composition and an effective amount of a lubricating additive such as, for example, boron nitride. In another aspect, a pharmaceutical packaging assembly may be provided having a surface thereof coated with a lubricating composition comprising boron nitride. The pharmaceutical packaging composition may be, for example, a pre-filled syringe comprising a body (barrel) and a plunger assembly.

摘要： The present invention provides curable compositions comprising non-tin metal catalysts that accelerate the condensation curing of moisture-curable silicones/non-silicones. In particular, the present composition employs a metal free catalyst system comprising a diazabicyclic compound as the catalyst. The diazabicyclic compounds exhibit catalytic activity comparable or superior to organotin such as DBTDL and exhibit certain behavior in the presence of components such as adhesion promoters that allow for tuning or adjusting the cure characteristics of the present compositions and provide good adhesion and storage stability.
