    摘要: The present invention provides a hospital waste plasma incinerator that has a following features. It is composed of a main body having an inlet and a cap for opening and closing the inlet, a pyrolysis incinerator for receiving the hospital waste that is disposed in the interior of the main body and connected with the inlet, a plasma flame generator installed inside the main body and generating a plasma flame toward the pyrolysis incinerator, a complete combustion device which is installed in the main body and completely burns the smoke and the odor generated due to the incineration with a plasma flame of 1,500 to 3,000° C., a complete combustion exhaust device connected to the complete combustion device to exhaust the combustion gas, and the cooling device for cooling the combustion gas.

    摘要: A priori speech absence probability refers to a probability that a speech is not present with respect to a frame and a frequency bin resulting from an input signal. The priori speech absence probability has been regarded as a constant (generally, 0.5) because it is difficult to estimate. However, attempts to estimate the priori speech absence probability have been made since 2002. A novel method for estimating a priori speech absence probability using a statistical model is proposed. The method for estimating a priori speech absence probability obtains a priori speech absence probability of input speech data using a local parameter, a global parameter and an average parameter. The local parameter and the global parameter are obtained by determining a smaller value than a first threshold value as 0, determining a greater value than a second threshold value as 1, and applying a raised cosine function to values between the first threshold value and the second threshold value. The average parameter is obtained by a frame average of a posteriori signal-to-noise ratio in log scale.

    摘要: A golf swing practice apparatus comprises a clasping mechanism; a cable slidably coupled to the clasping mechanism so that opposing ends of the cable extend from two ends of the clasping mechanism, the cable sized so that each of the opposing ends extends a distance from the clasping mechanism, the distance corresponding to a length of a golf club; and one or more footpads positioned at a predetermined distance from the clasping mechanism. The footpads are positioned at the predetermined distance so as to allow a user to stand upon the footpads and assume a golf swing stance, and to repeatedly rotate his or her shoulders in differing directions about the axis of rotation while grasping the opposing ends with two respective hands, thereby repeatedly sliding the cable in alternating directions through the clasping mechanism.

    摘要: A Viterbi decoder includes: an observation vector sequence generator for generating an observation vector sequence by converting an input speech to a sequence of observation vectors; a local optimal state calculator for obtaining a partial state sequence having a maximum similarity up to a current observation vector as an optimal state; an observation probability calculator for obtaining, as a current observation probability, a probability for observing the current observation vector in the optimal state; a buffer for storing therein a specific number of previous observation probabilities; a non-linear filter for calculating a filtered probability by using the previous observation probabilities stored in the buffer and the current observation probability; and a maximum likelihood calculator for calculating a partial maximum likelihood by using the filtered probability. The filtered probability may be a maximum value, a mean value or a median value of the previous observation probabilities and the current observation probability.
