    摘要: An impact power tool includes an impact mechanism for applying a striking impact to an output shaft by using an output power of a motor. A strike detection unit detects the striking impact applied by the impact mechanism to obtain a striking timing and a striking speed detection unit calculates a striking speed from the striking timing obtained by the strike detection unit and a rotation angle of the motor obtained by a rotation angle detection unit. A control unit counts the number of striking impact detected by the strike detection unit and stops the motor if the number of striking impact reaches a predetermined strike number. The control unit is designed to correct the predetermined strike number when the striking speed obtained in the striking speed detection unit is equal to or lower than a specified striking speed.

    摘要: In a power impact tool for fastening a fastening member, a torque for fastening the fastening member can be estimated without using a high-resolution sensor and a high-speed processor. The power impact tool comprises a rotation speed sensor for sensing a rotation speed of a driving shaft of a motor with using a rotation angle of the driving shaft, a rotation angle sensor for sensing a rotation angle of an output shaft to which a bit is fitted in a term between an impact of a hammer to next impact of the hammer, a torque estimator for calculating an impact energy with using an average rotation speed of the driving shaft and for calculating a value of estimated torque for fastening the fastening member which is given as a division of the impact energy by the rotation angle of the output shaft, a torque setter for setting a reference value of torque to be compared, and a controller for stopping the driving of the motor when the value of the estimated torque becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined reference value set by the torque setter.

    摘要: A impact power tool includes a motor rotating a drive shaft, an output shaft holding a tool bit, and a hammer coupled to the drive shaft. The hammer is rotatable together with the drive shaft and is engageable with an anvil fixed to the output shaft so as to give a rotary impact to the output shaft. The tool includes a speed commander generating a target speed intended by a user, and a speed detector for detection of a speed of the drive shaft. A speed controller generates a control signal for driving the motor by referring to the target speed and the detected speed. The speed controller provides a detection time frame, and to adopt a predefined pseudo-detection speed as a substitute for the detected speed when no speed detection is available within the detection time frame. Accordingly, even if no speed detection continues, i.e., the motor is stalled over the detection time frame, the speed controller can successfully generate the control signal by making the use of the pseudo-detection speed, thereby continues to rotate the drive shaft for generating the impact regularly and consistently without causing a delay.
