    摘要: A semiconductor device includes a substrate including a cell array region and a peripheral circuit region. The semiconductor device further includes a cell array disposed in the cell array region and including a plurality of cell strings connected to a bit line. The bit line extends in a first direction. The semiconductor device additionally includes a first cell row disposed in the peripheral circuit region and including a plurality of first cells arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first and second directions being parallel to an upper surface of the substrate. The semiconductor device further includes a plurality of first interconnect lines each having a longitudinal axis in the first direction and connected to the plurality of first cells, and a plurality of first power lines extending in the second direction and connected to the plurality of first cells through the first interconnect lines.

    摘要: There are provided a vacuum chamber system of a coating apparatus and a coating method using the same that prevents the attraction phenomenon of a coating solution in intermittent coating, so that the failure rate of coating is reduced, thereby improving the quality of products. In one embodiment, a vacuum chamber system of a coating apparatus includes a vacuum chamber connected to a coating solution outlet of the coating apparatus. A sound pressure generating unit is connected to one region of the vacuum chamber to generate sound pressure. A buffer tank is provided between the vacuum chamber and the sound pressure generating unit. In the vacuum chamber system, a control unit is further provided between the vacuum chamber and the buffer tank. The control unit controls air to be selectively inhaled or blocked from the vacuum chamber and the sound pressure generating unit.

    摘要: A backlight assembly includes a light generating unit, a receiving member, an optical member, and a frame member. The receiving member includes a receiving part receiving the light generating unit, a supporting part extending from the receiving part, and a protrusion portion protruded from the supporting part. The optical member is guided to a predetermined position on the supporting part by the protrusion portion, and diffuses the light provided from the light generating unit. The frame member includes a fixing part coupled with the supporting part and protruded from a surface of the frame member facing the supporting part. The fixing part prevents the optical member from moving in a direction substantially parallel to an upper surface of the supporting part.

    摘要: A display apparatus and a control method thereof are disclosed. The display apparatus includes a signal processor which processes a video signal; a display which displays an image based on the video signal processed by the signal processor, a light source providing light for displaying the image; and a driving circuit which drives the light source on the basis of a dimming signal having an on-section and an off-section for dimming the light source. The driving circuit includes a protection circuit for performing a protection operation as a result of an abnormal electric current flowing in the light source during the off-section. The display apparatus is protected when a short circuit occurs between the light source and the driving circuit, thereby enhancing the stability and reliability of the apparatus.
