摘要: Provided is a diesel engine which can efficiently regenerate a diesel particulate filter. The control for regeneration using an ECU includes a first regeneration by burning particulate matter at slightly more than 300° C. for 20 minutes when the accumulation of particulate matter exceeds a first threshold; a second regeneration by burning particulate matter at approximately 560° C. for 30 minutes by an additional injection to remove particulate matter other than ash when the accumulation of particulate matter exceeds the first threshold for a first predetermined period of time, or every 100 hours; and a third regeneration by burning particulate matter at approximately 600° C. for 15 minutes by an additional injection to remove particulate matter other than ash when the accumulation of particulate matter exceeds a second threshold and an emergency regeneration switch is pushed, or after 50 hours since the second or third regeneration and the emergency regeneration switch is pushed.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust system of an engine, and includes a renewing device for burning and removing a particulate matter within the exhaust gas purification device. The renewing device is operable in the case that a clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device is equal to or more than a prescribed level, wherein the exhaust gas purification system includes renewal admittance input means which allows an actuation of the renewing device, and rotating speed holding input means for holding a rotating speed of the engine to a predetermined rotating speed, and in the case that a turn-on operation of the rotating speed holding input means is carried out in a state in which an allowing operation of the renewal admittance input means is carried out, the rotating speed holding motion of the engine is executed in preference to an actuation of the renewing device.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification system is provided with an exhaust gas purification device which is arranged in an exhaust gas route of a common rail type engine, and is structured such that a plurality of renewing modes which burn and remove a particulate matter deposited within the exhaust gas purification device is executed. One of the plurality of renewing modes is an initialization renewing (a forced renewing) mode which supplies a fuel into the exhaust gas purification device by a post injection regardless of a clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device, in the case that an accumulated drive time of the engine becomes equal to or more than a previously set time.

The engine device is provided with an exhaust gas purifying device which is arranged in an exhaust route of the engine, the ECU which controls a drive of the engine, and a variable memory means which stores a general-purpose regeneration program selectively executing a plurality of regeneration modes with respect to the exhaust gas purifying device and a flag table corresponding to an optional regeneration mode, and is rewritable. The ECU executes the general-purpose regeneration program in accordance with a regeneration mode which is selected on the basis of the flag table.

摘要: An exhaust gas aftertreatment system for an engine can perform manual regeneration control for regenerating a particulate removal filter by increasing the engine rotation speed. The system can suppress the engine rotation speed increase while maintaining the exhaust gas temperature required to regenerate the particulate removal filter. The system can set the target engine rotation speed to a first set value when a regeneration instruction signal from a manual regeneration switch is received. When, although the engine rotation speed falls within a predetermined engine rotation speed range including the first set value that is the target engine rotation speed for a predetermined time period, the exhaust gas temperature does not reach the filter's regeneration temperature within the predetermined time period, the target engine rotation speed is repeatedly reset by being increased from the first set value by a predetermined rotation speed.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification device is arranged in an exhaust gas route of a common rail type engine. At least one of an intake air throttle device and an exhaust gas throttle device are arranged in intake and exhaust systems of the engine. In the case that a clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device becomes equal to or more than a prescribed level, an auxiliary renewing mode which raises the temperature of an exhaust gas from the engine by actuating at least one of the intake air throttle device and the exhaust gas throttle device is executed, and in the case that the clogged state of the exhaust gas purification device is not improved even by executing the auxiliary renewing mode, a forced renewing mode which supplies a fuel into the exhaust gas purification device by a post injection is executed.

摘要: In order to relief a sudden change of engine sound during the transition to recovery control of a particulate removing filter or during returning from the recovery control, a system of treating exhaust gas of an engine includes an exhaust-gas particulate removing filter in an exhaust path, closes down the opening of an inlet throttle valve or an exhaust throttle valve to a recovery opening smaller than a normal opening during recovery of the particulate removing filter, and returns the opening from the recovery opening to the normal opening after the recovery of the particulate removing filter. The opening of the inlet throttle valve or the exhaust throttle valve during the closing process from the normal opening to the recovery opening and during the returning process from the recovery opening to the normal opening is changed at a gradually decreasing or gradually increasing rate of change of the opening.
