    摘要: In a regenerative braking emergency stop system, a substation includes: a rectifier transformer configured to transform AC power received from outside; a rectifier configured to convert the transformed AC power into DC power; and a switch disposed on an electrical path between the rectifier and a power-feed rail and configured to be in a closed state or an opened state; a simulated ripple transmitter configured to transmit a simulated ripple, the simulated ripple being an AC signal having a predetermined frequency; a superimposing circuit connected to the power-feed rail in parallel with the rectifier and configured to superimpose the simulated ripple transmitted from the simulated ripple transmitter on DC power outputted from the rectifier; and a relay device configured to allow the simulated ripple transmitter to transmit the simulated ripple when the rectifier is receiving power from outside and the switch is in a closed state.

    摘要: [Problem] To provide a deoxidation apparatus (4) with improved efficiency in absorbing degassing gas and dissolved oxygen in treated water.[Solution] A deoxidation apparatus (4) in which by bringing the degassing gas into contact with the treated water, causes dissolved oxygen in treated water to be absorbed by degassing gas and lowers the dissolved oxygen concentration of the treated water. The deoxidation apparatus includes the following: a gas-liquid contact tower (42) that has the shape of a lower end open container, at least the lower end of which is submerged below the surface of the treated water that is to be treated, forming an internal sealed space (421); a degassing gas supply unit (43) that supplies degassing gas to the sealed space (421), filling the sealed space (421) with degassing gas; and a treated water dispersion unit (41) that disperses the supplied treated water within the sealed space (421) in the form of a mist through a dispersion nozzle unit (412).

    摘要: The invention relates to a clamping device including a pair of recessed semicylindrical resilient gripping bodies each embedded with a resilient member of harder material than the gripping bodies. The cross section of each resilient member is shaped like a semicircle having flanges at its both side edges, respectively. The diameter of the semicircle is the greatest at the midpoint of a center axis of the reinforcing member and becomes smaller toward the ends thereof. A tubular member is securely clamped inside the recesses and between these bone members by connecting means.
