The coil body has a spiral portion winded around in a spiral manner, a first end portion forming a beginning end of the spiral portion, and a second end portion forming a terminating end of the spiral portion. The molded coil also includes an insulative locking member that keeps a shape of the spiral portion so as to prevent the spiral portion from expanding in a vertical direction, and an insulative resin body that covers the spiral portion with the locking member being attached thereto.

    摘要: An input circuit is provided that can identify three states of an external signal without complicated voltage adjustment and that can reduce the power consumption in a standby state. The input circuit includes: four resistor elements serially provided between different fixed potentials; an input terminal connected to a connection point of two of the resistor elements; a switching transistor controlled to turn on and off by a voltage at a connection point of two of the resistor elements; a current supplying circuit outputting a supply current when the switching transistor is on and not outputting the supply current when the switching transistor is off; a constant voltage generating circuit receiving the supply current to output a constant voltage; a constant voltage output buffering circuit that brings its output into a high-impedance state when the switching transistor is off, and that receives the constant voltage to output a prescribed voltage to a connection point of two of the resistor elements when the switching transistor is on; a switching transistor controlled to turn on and off by a voltage between opposing ends of the resistor element; and a combinational circuit outputting identify signals based on combinations of on and off states of the two switching transistors.

The motor driving control circuit of the motor apparatus includes a phase adjustment circuit which inputs signals of the U phase, V phase and W phase output by rotational position signal amplifiers, and performs an adjustment for the respective signals so that the phases are arbitrarily advanced by a ratio corresponding to phase adjustment voltages, an automatic gain control circuit which inputs the output signals of this circuit and the gain of which is feedback-controlled according to the driving currents of the armature coils of the motor, an FG circuit which produces a periodic pulse train from the rotational position signals, and a frequency-voltage conversion circuit which performs a conversion to a voltage corresponding to the frequency of the pulse train, and outputs the converted voltage as a phase adjustment voltage.

An impurity is implanted to the semiconductor region using the gate electrode as a mask, thereby forming source and drain regions in a self-aligned manner at both sides of a channel region. An interlayer dielectric film is formed on the gate electrode and the gate dielectric film. Thereafter, a step of activating the impurity and a step of burning the interlayer dielectric film are simultaneously performed in a single heat treatment step.
